Dude at front desk had a very rude attitude. Room had an stench to it.

Lobby smells great… 😂 but my room was disgusting!! It looks like the carpets in the hallways haven’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. Rooms were filthy. Floors haven’t been cleaned in years. Walls haven’t been cleaned in years. There was hair ALL over the beds. There is no faucet to take a bath.. only shower option. (I respectfully wouldn’t have my kids or myself in the bath anyway) but yea. Microwave in room didn’t even have a plate that fit it was just sliding around in there 😂 There was gunk caked to the inside of every door handle. Breakfast was literally a bagel, a muffin, oatmeal, & grits that you had to make your self… but only had styrofoam bowls…. & no salt… (this is a blessing to some of course, but can’t cook in styrofoam) I really didn’t even want to sleep here.. but I had no choice. So I will never be back. I pray they find a blessing.

The only thing that I can say is the room didn’t look like the room online. The worst worst worst part was the bed….i felt like I was sleeping on lumps. It was a queen bed, all night I tossed and turned. Clearly no box spring just a mattress that felt like it was from the 12th century—super bad! Do not slack on the beds…PLEASE!!

Good stay no complaints I would definitely stay there again

Room 118 the toilet leaked from the bottom every time you flushed staff was aware of it and gave me some towels put down around it. I stayed tonight. I didn’t wanna leave that room because I was all set up and you know how that goes right?… The breakfast it is what it is it’s coffee it’s oatmeal in a bag and frozen muffins and bagels that you pop in the toaster oven. It is what it is. This is a 2 1/2 star hotel at best the staff will fantastic and the lobby area along with the first floor hallway smells like they they had air freshener going. The air-conditioning was cold in room 118. The shower could use a good cleaning of the showerhead or replacement.

This place is falsely advertised, at first when I got there my room had no microwave or refrigerator, the front desk attendant tried to tell me that there was only some rooms available with them and those are more expensive, eventually because I was adamant I got my room changed. The room was literally next door and filthy down to the smell. I reported it and the front desk attendant said house keeping would be notified and clean my room properly, they ABSOLUTELY DID NOTHING but to remake the bed with the same bedsheets. I’ve worked in hospitality and this entire house keeping staff needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!!! I only slept there due to not wanting to waste my money but I will never again go to this branch or any other branches due to this awful experience. I didn’t even tried their breakfast not once because everything was so filthy and gross. Do not waste your money!!!

It was ok. I didn't spend much time in the room. It was dated.
-
The room was terrible, there was hair and crumbs in the mattress. The mattress was an all spring mattress! Walls were deteriorated, nothing was depicted like the pictures it was disgusting.

I didn’t like the condition of the hotel. It felt more like walking into a jail than a hotel because of the barricade at the front desk. The property also did not appear to be clean, which made for a very disappointing first impression. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying there.
-
Air conditioner made a horrible noise front desk during check in was on a personal call didn’t acknowledge me I waited 15 min room smelly
-
Everything was fine my son had a track meet competition so the hotel served it’s purpose

The outside looked nice. But once you step inside, its a different story. Very run down. The t.v. in the room was unplugged and perched high up in the corner. When my husband tried to plug it in, the plug didn't even work so we couldn't watch t.v. absolutely unacceptable. The A/C unit started smelling like it was burning and kept shutting down. The breakfast was horrible. Only options were oatmeal, bad banana muffins or small bagels. No cereal, no meat, no eggs. No fresh milk or creamer either. Coffee tasted bad. Only powder creamer, sugar or sweet n low to put in it. I will NEVER stay here again.

The room is old, the walls are worn out, the blanket is dirty, the bathroom is quite dirty, and overall everything is very bad, but for such a price, it’s probably worth it. Staff is pretty friendly. Parking lot without a problem. As for breakfast, you could say it's not breakfast, because there are only muffins, coffee, and juice. Spend more money to find a better hotel

Nothing good here

The staff was very nice friendly helpful but this place could use a upgrade other than that everything was great.
