Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic near Beaches

The property is nice but it’s not close to anything. Definitely have transportation or ride share apps.

Great location with shuttle service to Mayo. Limited food options.

Very nice stay!

Wonderful property. Modern and sleek but understated and calm. Bar/restaurant is very nice, I ate there 2 out of 3 days and was satisfied with the quality and variety. Breakfast offerings have many healthier options including tons of fruit/berries, yogurt, cereal etc. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and the thermostat WORKS!

Very friendly staff (minus 1) and super clean. Great location near Mayo Clinic campus. Microwave in room was broken, and had issues with the included breakfast with the stay.

Room was beautiful and clean. TV did not permit CNN or FOX - only MSNOW.

Came for a quick weekend trip! The property was BEAUTIFUL and location was perfect for what I needed. 12 minute drive from St. John’s Town Center and about 10 minutes to the beaches. Pool and bar were clean. 24-hour market very well stocked with food, snacks and toiletries. Book!!

Silly - but!! There was a conference being held when we were there. With todays technology I should have been notified as it did impact my stay. Pool was not really available to me when it was packed with conference "party". I am immunocompromised. Most hotels would have no reason to be concerned about non conference guest but when you are .5 miles from Mayo clinic it should be a concern because I think it speaks for itself who could be your primary audience.

We were there to visit Mayo Clinic. This hotel provided easy access to the hospital and fulfilled all that we needed for our trip, from check-in to transportation, food, and check-out. I would stay again if I were in this area.

10/10

Excellent hotel and staff.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with any issues that I had.

I was not able to check in until 4:00 pm. The hotel was empty but the attendant looked over my reservation through Hotels.com and rejected giving me a room early. As I was checking out two rooms where given early check in at 10:00 am. Awful staff member

Updated and well located with goid restaurant.

Front desk was not helpful at all

Superb

Location and new was key Wish breakfast was complementary

Fantastic staff - especially Isabel Thank you

Outstanding stay in a beautiful, clean hotel. The co-location with Mayo Clinic includes free hotel parking and a regular and reliable shuttle. Rooms are well appointed, staff is friendly and helpful, bar is superior to most hotels, and price was fair. Great experience
