Clean rooms, friendly staff

I do not like anything about the property. It was disgusting, but I had no choice. Completely outdated the burners didn’t work. The water pressure is unbelievable. I had bugs so many bugs I had to hire cleaning lady to come in once a week and I had to buy two zappers just to try to control the bugs.. packages that were being delivered to reception or signed by a guy named “Paul “and I never seen my packages so somebody stole them .the staff with the exception of Sam were rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe I stayed as long as I did.

Staf bothered you even knowing you worked all night even after telling them

Would bother you at least twice a week know was working night to do wellness check for no reason

Friendly staff and a clean laundry room. Multiple trash cans should be placed throughout the floors. The big trash dumpsters were too far a walk for people with disabillities.

It was an ok stay for the most part but if you're working a 12 hr shift on day shift you will miss out on alot since the office close by 7p. I never got my room cleaned or new bedding. Now the staff are great. Friendly and have great communication and very helpful.

Everyone from the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely nothing you can hear people through the walls there was foot traffic outside the room all night long cars in and out drug deals taking place it was a bad Hotel Everything

It was close to my job. It was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom and floors myself. Smelled of mold.

Location was near everything I needed It was under construction. The rooms were the older rooms rather than the updated rooms we thought it would be when we booked and the beds are super uncomfortable but for the price i guess it’s ok

My stay was an emergency stay so I couldn't complain or acknowledge anything that was wrong so I just sucked it up and cleaned my room to the best I could and made hbd best out of my stay and the only thing that was good was the customer service at check in that was it

Location People constantly walking all night.People yelling at 1:30 am. Police were called.

No breakfast provided. Location is good,near stores and food. Interstate 295 is right by motel for traveler's. Close to the Beaches. Staff was nice. I stayed here almost a year at one stay. Prices were good for the location,room good n staff. I would give Intown Suites a recommendation for rooms. I have been here 5 weeks. Room has not been cleaned, short stay rooms are cleaned n they are short staffed n hiring. I sweep n mop due to allergies.Rates started at $298.50 on my Booking.com and continue to rise weekly.I book the room due to income. Worst is elevator not working and hard on health conditions.
