The staff is great especially Katrina and Angie they have beautiful personalities are very helpful and friendly It is easy to talk to them. the area is great everything is walking distance I would stay there again especially if Katrina and Angie are there I didn't like the roaches and how strict they are you can't even stand in front of your own door or stand in the parking lot I understand the safety of the other guest

The air conditioner worked. Whoever did the photos for the site deserves a raise, they made the place look the exact opposite of what it was. It was 4 walls with a metal bed frame, a fridge, microwave and stove but make sure you bring all you need to cook anything. The door had a sticker that said triple checked and sanitized however there was a dirty pillowcase on the bathroom sink. Cigarette butts all over the stairs. The check in process was impossible, I was here for work so figured like a normal hotel I could check in when I got there however they needed me to check in between 11-6 or they would cancel my reservation. Thank goodness I had mid week off and could make it work otherwise they would cancel my reservation and charge me the $50 cancellation fee. You only get 2 towels when you check in and that’s it then paid laundry which I didn’t have time to do with my schedule. There were constantly loud music and people outside just giving off an overall ghetto vibe. The shower had 1 temperature… burn your skin off or just off. I am so happy to be out of there.

Everything Jacksonville has been very welcoming staying here. My room is amazing I actually extended my time for another week and hope to stay even longer :) Mattress isn't very comfy but hey everything cant be perfect

The location The room wasn't clean.. bathroom tub had existing hair inside it.. tub clogged up no towels or washcloths also I saw 2 roaches on the countertop

That it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Pretty much everything, they don’t give you extra toilet paper if you need, smelled bad when you walk in and even outside of it also.
