Walls had mold, toilet was stained with rust, entire room smelled like cigarette smoke, stained couch, kitchen had crumbs and mold everywhere

Not much Upon arrival the room had a roach in it cigarettes in the window the renovations arent the rooms you get booked into its full of people who are hateful . My kids see a animal get hit in the parking area. Bad experience

Convenient to work I shop my rate & make reservations then they get canceled so I have to pay more. This is unfair to me as a consumer. How does it help me to use booking if this is happening? The lack of housekeeping services is not important to me. I prefer to not have strangers in my personal space around my belongings.
