The coffee machine in my room did not work. I made request to get one and they said they didn’t have a spare? I stayed 3 nights no coffee machine. Room 208 the dead bolt does not work informed but did not fix. Needed to do Landry the dryer was out of order all 3 days. The ice machine on 2nd floor out of service all 3 days. Staff is friendly but I felt like I was at budget hotel.

Very clean room very nice staff the bartender opened up a can for me to bring up to my room lol of my non-dairy milk that I use for my coffee. The coffee in the room is excellent. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is fantastic.

Staff was really friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Lobby and cafe was comfortable and roomy. The lack of continental breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in good hands. The gentleman that checked me in was great! My room was cleaned and the bed was comfy! After I checked out I got a call stating I left garments behind (wrong room), but I was shocked I got a call! I have never had a hotel offer to ship ANYTHING! That was above a las beyond. The clothing wasn’t mine, however I was still very impressed by the effort to return the items. I will definitely stay again!

To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable. The pool was also unusably cold, adding to the negative experience. Dining was another letdown—the food took an excessive amount of time to prepare and was overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the lack of even basic complimentary coffee in the mornings felt like a missed standard for any hotel. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, particularly for something that was meant to be meaningful time with my children.
