My Place Hotel-Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune, NC

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly check in was easy. Rooms were very clean . Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was a nice size. Pretty centrally located to stores and or restaurants. Had a little kitchenette with a microwave, stove, and a full size fridge. Staff was also very accommodating when needed something

Recommend to place grab bars in bathrooms. The transition from tub to floor are at different elevations.

Literally an amazing stay! The room was so clean, it looked like no one had ever stayed in it before my family did. The linen was so soft and comfortable. I slept so well. I usually get an ick when having to sleep in a bed that isn’t my own and actually felt comfortable enough sleeping there because of the cleanliness and comfortability. When we needed additional items, the front desk was more than accommodating. Check in/out was a smooth and easy process. Everything was a perfect 10/10 for me and especially the price!! Extremely affordable. I highly recommend and will definitely be making this my go to place when visiting.

No complaints other than the single luggage cart not rolling properly. They definitely skimped on the budget.

This hotel was not my choice. The day of my arrival at Jacksonville, NY, I was informed that the hotel that I booked about a month ago was overbooked and Expidia found another hotel and they were making a new reservation at My Place Hotel in Jacksonville. This actually look like a cheap motel. I will never pick that for me and my family. The reservation took more than one and half hour to complete and the staff look like robot. Not a good experience at all, very disappointed at Expidia

Would definitely stay here again!

When we checked out the next morning, he even joked with us about how we had only come to sleep for a few hours before heading back to our next day of movie filming. That small interaction made us smile and showed how genuinely friendly and welcoming he was. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Mike's professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you to Mike and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We would absolutely stay here again!

This one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Very clean, beds slept well. Will definitely stay again

The room was very clean and comfortable. I learned from another guest on our last night there that you can request a tote with pots and pan to cook with. I thought that that was provided but was not in the room so I did not ask. We were just told about the grill that we could use. Not about the dishes available if needed. That would have saved use a lot. The kitchen was one reason we chose this hotel to save on eating out. I was told by this guest that stays quit often there that it is a secret about the tote. Shame on you for advising the cook top with the cooking supplies and not providing them or saying not provided if you intend to keep it a secret. That would be my only complaint. I did laundry while there as well and the washer and dryer worked great.

Wonderful staff, clean and pleasant!

My flight was delayed. I called the hotel to let them know and the assured me my room was secured for when I arrived. When I did arrive they cancelled my room and said they gave my room to someone else even though they had already received my payment.

Clean room staff helpful

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly sweet, the entire place also smells nice and clean.

The only complaint I have is that house keeping didn't do a very good job cleaning. My wife found dried poop behind the recliner. We've stayed here many times before. Its a great hotel. Gonna stay there again in 3 weeks. Nicest staff I've ever meant at a hotel. Couldn't ask for better. House keeping just needs to check the rooms better

Not many amenities. Suites have a kitchen. No utensils or pans to cook with. Room was clean until we found left over food in microwave collecting bacteria.
