    The only complaint I have is that house keeping didn't do a very good job cleaning. My wife found dried poop behind the recliner. We've stayed here many times before. Its a great hotel. Gonna stay there again in 3 weeks. Nicest staff I've ever meant at a hotel. Couldn't ask for better. House keeping just needs to check the rooms better

    Not many amenities. Suites have a kitchen. No utensils or pans to cook with. Room was clean until we found left over food in microwave collecting bacteria.

    Overall a good experience, except that our room smelled like mildew(especially when you walked past the refrigerator). Also the room could use more warm lighting for readers like me. The one bright overhead light was too glaring for settling into bed or working at the desk.

    This was very adequate facility. No frills but the cost was very acceptable. All things were clean and in working order. If I ever return to Jacksonville I would use this facility again.

    -went to go and ask for towels and the towels were being laundered. Not too sure why there isn’t a surplus especially if we only had 2 towels and this was on day 2 or 3. I was handed damp bath towels in a pile and the other items were folded. Sort of weird, but I went with it. -I know they mentioned at check in that the room is cleaned every 3 or 4 days and our room was never touched during our 5 night stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. -on the last night there was a beeping coming from the lobby area and our room was on the first floor. I called down to the front desk to see what the sound was because we could hear it over our fan and tv. I was told that it was a communication error with the elevator and the employee said she didn’t know how to turn it off. I asked if she could call the manager or the general manager so they could tell her how to turn it off and she said no. The beeping eventually stopped around 10:30pm. The hospitable skills are lacking.

    Probably one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in year. Staff was friendly, rooms were immaculate, and the beds were so comfy. I would 100% stay here again!

    The hotel room immediately smelt very strongly of pizza, like strong cheap pizza smell. It was gross, but we got there late at night and were just passing through so we figured we’d let the front desk know in the morning. There was also no bath mat. There was no shower curtain. And one of the towels was stained completely yellow, it seemed like with oil- that should’ve just been thrown away. The elevator door also would glitch out and barely close so we had to use the stairs to take the luggage cart down. And the luggage cart wheels were not working. We would give this place a one star, but instead leave two because the bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bummer, it would’ve been a good hotel for a good price if it weren’t for those issues. The extra star is because the lady who checked us in was very welcoming. But in the morning, the front desk had a different person and she was not approachable or hospitable at all. It was very cold and strange.

    I arrived after a 5-hour drive only to be told there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed reservation. I contacted Hotels.com immediately, but received no timely response or assistance. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable after traveling so far. I’ve never experienced this before, and the lack of support made the situation even worse. I expected better communication and reliability from both the hotel and the booking platform. I’m beyond pissed because every other hotel was booked. Worst experience by far.
