Excellent location. Requested an accessible room with a walk in shower but was placed in a wheelchair accessible room with a tub shower & shower chair. The bathroom was very slippery & unsafe. The desk agent stated they did have a room with a walk in shower but the request message was not passed to them from bookin.com

Love the location and the amenities provided. The breakfast was very good with a number of selections. The fitness center and pool were also very nice. Kendra at the front desk was awesome! There was a mixup between Booking.com and the hotel about the number of rooms I had reserved but Kendra took care of everything for me:) The AC unit in room 405 was very loud which caused some issues trying to sleep. The tub faucet in room 318 was constantly dripping. There was a small dog in room 412 that started barking at 4:30 in the morning that woke us up. It would be nice if one of the floors was a "quiet" floor to ensure no dogs are on the floor.
