The parking area was convenient, safe and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great staff! Super staff! Good breakfast. Rooms are spacious. They are a bit dated. But we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and nice. Our room had some knicks and scrapes at the corners of the furniture. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays.

Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice except for the carpet. It looked dirty, had spots and needed to be cleaned or replaced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location.

The location was good. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and Our room looked out at a blank wall. The air conditioning was terrible. It blew right over the bed. The shower was in need of an updating.

Thermostat not intuitive to use water temp to cool in the morning orher than that very good.

Excellent breakfast. Room was a bit warm although it was cold outside and we turned the heat off.

Friendly staff, nice pool, excellent fitness area, good breakfast Light timer in fitness room kept shutting off. Needed to get off the treadmill every time to engage motion censor.
