The indoor pool area and the pool itself was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There chocolate cookies awaiting at the desk upon check-in....nice touch. Room and premises were clean.

The coffee machine was broken. There was only terrible filter pod coffee in the room. Not the keurig-style ones, the flat disc-type. Terrible.

Excellent location. Requested an accessible room with a walk in shower but was placed in a wheelchair accessible room with a tub shower & shower chair. The bathroom was very slippery & unsafe. The desk agent stated they did have a room with a walk in shower but the request message was not passed to them from bookin.com
