La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jamestown

Cleaning every 3 days was not convenient.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned.

Everything is clean and nice quick check in love the staff!!

It seems like they are trying to upgrade. When I arrived they were putting new TVs in every room. On the other hand, the parking lot is small, my carpet was damp and sticky and the soles of my feet became black, hair dryer didn’t work, the shower floor was stained stades of grey, corners of the bathroom door was deteriorating. Free breakfast included eggs and sausage - no fruit offered. So, a basic hotel.

room service suck they didn't come clean the room all bring towel and I ask about 5 time won't never stay there again n WiFi was down entire stay

Hotel is not clean & the amount of what appeared to be homeless people in & around the grounds of the hotel is very disturbing! Did not like there were also a gang of Harley Davidson bikers there as well. Would not recommend staying here

Check in was delayed as the rooms were not yet cleaned. (one couple in the lobby had to wait over 2 hours for their room to be cleaned, unacceptable) Staff were complaining loudly about issues within the team. Lobby furniture upholstery, flooring, elevator and hallways were filthy. The laundry room is right off of the front desk, and the door was open to the lobby and very unappealing to someone entering to check in. My room... the closet had the ironing board laying on the floor with the pad off of it, and the hair dryer was laying on top of the ironing board also. The trash cans were on the dresser and vanity. Dirt and pieces of paper along the baseboards, splatters of something on the wall. The property overall needs to be shut down and totally cleaned floor to ceiling. Would not recommend at all.

It was close to everything downtown! It wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t the worst one I’ve ever stayed in! It was very dog friendly, and some people who let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hall

Seemed clean! Internet was difficult to access!

Got off to a bit of a rocky start due th missing towels and a a pillow that hadn’t gotten a pillow case put on. After that things went reasonably well. Breakfast was pretty standard free hotel style. Nice location eat most of the attractions in Jamestown I have stayed here nearly every time visiting my hometown area over the years, from the days of Best Western to now La Quinta. This was one of the best stays.

Stayed here before, rooms were clean, but my card was charged for some kind of fee that I did not authorize. They wouldn’t reimburse me for their mistake

Cleanliness Location

The breakfast was quite good and was varied all three days we stayed. Th e coffee was excellent!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, location of property awesome. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast. But to be fair, unless meals are cooked to order (some properties grill omelets, etc), I will not eat.

Bed bugs

This hotel has definitely seen better days. They've done a pretty good job with updates, but it is still showing some rough spots. Rear door does not allow keyed access. Parking lot is inadequate. Touch up paint is mismatched.

It was clean enough but I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and it was freezing. I had to use bath towels as an extra blanket. The breakfast in the morning was handled by only one person who did both the breakfast and front desk duties. They ran out of everything because the poor woman had to do both. It was a very busy Sunday morning and you would think there would be more staff.

Some of the staff were friendly and some were very rude and disrespectful I did not like when I went to check out the morning receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to me and attempted to keep my cash deposit. She made up a lot of excuses that were to me unacceptable but I did receive my money back. I will not stay at this location again. Ever
