The property was as expected .

I can only say that the location of the hotel was it's best quality. The room we had reeked of bleach, the shower had what looked like, and I say looked like mold. Mattresses were not very comfortable and the room was very damp. They did have a dehumidifier in the hallway, but not sure how well it was working. The breakfast included was fine but the vending area was very sparse.

Close to everything we wanted to do. So we could just walk around. They need more parking but unfortunately it's in downtown Jamestown so property are limited.

Clean room. Good bed. Some spots needed repair. Small bathroom, but good shower. TV didn't work first day. Management fixed it 2nd day, but no national channels. Breakfast was typical, but needed more seating.

toilet seat was too low, making it difficult for someone with bad knees to rise from it.

AC was great room temperature nice and cool brand new TV, which was nice. Bed wasn’t overly hard which was nice also. Plenty of space to spread out. Parking lot was full when we came back the last night we were there that was extremely annoying. Icemaker was broken.

I arrived back at the hotel at 9:30 pm after checking in at 4:00 pm. There was no parking. I was told that I could park on the street outside of the hotel (!) or in a parking lot next to a woman’s shelter that the hotel did monitor (I asked if the hotel had cameras there). Not having a secure and monitored place to park is unacceptable. I ended up checking out and driving home two hours. upending my plans for the next morning. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will not be back.

The staff that was there for my trip where amazing. The check in man wasn’t as friendly but still professional. The two young men and the lady top tier staff!! Only downfall was the ice machine wasn’t working but that is because a guest turned it off. Will be staying there anytime I go home!!

The room was dirty and the staff was shady. The beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was so/so.
