There was mold in the shower; toilet also contained contaminant. Walls paper thin, and could hear next room talking. On the plus side, it was nice to have shades blocking light, mini fridge, clean towels, nice breakfast and water/cookies as snacks

The beds and pillow were comfortable, clean. The staff this morning was cheerful. Hallway carpeting was filthy. Eggs were way overcooked and not appetizing. Heard that from folks around me as well.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful, even though I wanted adjoining rooms. They did not have any, but made sure the rooms we got were right next to each other. We were very pleased with both the hospitality and willingness to help us find a solution that was best for our stay. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown, NY for anyone traveling through or visiting the area.

The staff at this property were great. Had a couple small issues and the staff rectified immediately. The continental breakfast is very good with a variety of items both hot and cold. The property itself is a bit worn, stained carpets, shower pan dingy etc. Would stay at this property again.

We were able to check in (about 2 hours) and Nicole was so helpful. We also had an issue with noise from the room next door and Nicole was able to move us to another room. The staff there was so helpful and very pleasant.
