Breakfast was good and area was clean. Plenty of parking.

The staff was very friendly

Property was convenient, quiet and pleasant. Staff were all nice and helpful. However, the main room light needed a new bulb, the desk chair had shredded seat covering and the window shade had a big tear in it. On Saturday morning, I let staff know about these things and they said they'd refer to maintenance. When I left on Wednesday, none of these issues had been addressed. So, nice place and pleasantly quiet even though near a highway, but shoddy maintenance.

Very clean, pleasant esthetics staff extremely helpful and kind. Best sleep We have had in awhile in a hotel. The remote for the television was broken, but we managed.

Excellent Room and nice quiet surroundings. The pool looked inviting but didn't get the opportunity to enjoy. I had only one thing come up - in the morning around 5 am, I smelled an unpleasant odor that came from - the kitchen, I believe or the exhaust. I could smell a mix of smells, and I just turned the fan on consistently and it seemed to be some better, but maybe an exhaust thing or a "new filter" needed? I really don't know. Please check out rm 105 at the time mentioned above.

Friendly staff Full breakfast Nothing

My reservation through you was never received at the property. That could have been a huge problem

Pool was open and clean I booked a king suite got a queen one instead without being told of the switch. Broken things in bathroom when we walk In room (toilet paper holder), not enough towels for everyone, an envelope saying to have a good stay(I understand leaving a “tip” but that made us feel like they were pushing it one us) check out is noon and they started knocking on our door before 10am to ask if we were leaving soon(came back twice) we finally had enough and left at 1030am

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, easy check in and parking, good location

The hotel was in a good location and quiet area. The room was cleaned and comfortable just wished they had a toilet paper roll for the toilet paper. I've been a smoker for 18 years and smoke lingers to people's clothes. One day they slid a note under my door stating a reminder that no smoking in the room. Like we obviously know this and if they have looked at their cameras they would see me and my wife constantly go outside to smoke. So I didn't appreciate that note when they could've of knocked to see

The breakfast. During my check in I was not properly greeted nor with a welcoming approach. My shower water was cold the entire time during my stay. My made the staff aware and nothing was done about it. The shower walls wasn’t clean.

The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everyone around you. No hot water, only tepid at best, made showering in the cold weather absolutely miserable. Shower door improperly installed, leaked, and lower portion covered in black mold. Beds lumpy.

There was no hot water for a shower. I was unable to shower while there and the breakfast was not impressive. The sausage was dry and hard and not a great variety of items.
