The room was spacious and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it had a hot breakfast that was good. The remote was stored in a bag by the tv indicating it is cleaned between stays. That was good to see. There was a gym, but it’s somewhat limited, but that’s seems to be par for the course.

Located in close proximity to a busy street so there was a lot or road noise. Room lighting is very dim and one of the laps didn't work. The breakfast was very good!

The property is very nice, but it is very dark in the hallways. I think it needs more lighting to become more welcoming. When we first got there, there seemed to be nothing around but the hotel. We weren’t sure about the safety of not being around more people. But as the night went on, we saw that a lot of customers were at the hotel. This made us feel better. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Convenient location, courteous staff, clean and well maintained facility. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices and very good. We will stay here the next time we travel to Jefferson City.

They were found some remodeling in the 3rd floor where my room was, but they had a sign stating that as you walked in and the crew wasn’t loud at all. There were mostly painting and left by 5-6pm.

We love this hotel! We come up to Jeff City every summer and always stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and nice. The pool is nice. The breakfast is great. We love it!

My room was mostly clean aside from a ring being in the toilet which means it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. It was also disappointing that the elevator was broken while we were there. They did have one of the best complementary breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel though. Overall it was good for the price you pay.
