Convenient location, courteous staff, clean and well maintained facility. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices and very good. We will stay here the next time we travel to Jefferson City.

I want a refund. Loud. Dirty

They were found some remodeling in the 3rd floor where my room was, but they had a sign stating that as you walked in and the crew wasn’t loud at all. There were mostly painting and left by 5-6pm.

We love this hotel! We come up to Jeff City every summer and always stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and nice. The pool is nice. The breakfast is great. We love it!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We would come to your hotel again!

My room was mostly clean aside from a ring being in the toilet which means it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. It was also disappointing that the elevator was broken while we were there. They did have one of the best complementary breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel though. Overall it was good for the price you pay.
-
the hotel is overpriced for the location and the rooms
-
Our room had a bad odor. The carpet was moist and sticky. We had to have shoes on at all times.
-
No complaints

Not worth the price … elevator was broken. Sign said they were renovating on the 3rd floor but I think the property is just old and never been renovated they just keep that sign up . There was a long line to check in .. microwave didn’t work

4 of us stayed 1 night in a 2 queen room, but the beds were more like double size. The room was mostly clean, but smelled funny. The mattress needed upgraded because they were very worn out. The pillows were tiny, but there were 4 to a bed. We got a 3rd floor room and the elevator was out of order, but not a problem for us as we like taking the stairs. Our youngest wanted to swim and the pool was nice & clean, but the ventilation & air system was not working in there. The sign said they were awaiting a part. We did not get to try the breakfast. It sufficed for a 1 night stay, but probably would t stay there again.

The staff when we checked in were very friendly. At the time of check in the elevators were down, and they gave us the last main floor room. And the last positive I can say is the breakfast was fine. Now the reasons I will never stay there again. Rooms are uncomfortable and you can hear full conversations going on next door, stomping upstairs, remote didn't work for the television. When I had had enough noise from upstairs, I went to the front desk, had to wait for him to stop playing and laughing from behind the screen, I explained about excessive noise coming from above us. He then questioned me, "am I sure", he seemed more annoyed that I bothered him. The pool wasn't enjoyable because a roudy family had taken over the entire area, running and jumping into the pool, cannonballing everyone in the pool. All things considered, it's cheaper and more convenient to rent on VRBO

Mary was very sweet and helpful and accommodating. I would come back just for her pleasant demeanor, if nothing else.
