The staff when we checked in were very friendly. At the time of check in the elevators were down, and they gave us the last main floor room. And the last positive I can say is the breakfast was fine. Now the reasons I will never stay there again. Rooms are uncomfortable and you can hear full conversations going on next door, stomping upstairs, remote didn't work for the television. When I had had enough noise from upstairs, I went to the front desk, had to wait for him to stop playing and laughing from behind the screen, I explained about excessive noise coming from above us. He then questioned me, "am I sure", he seemed more annoyed that I bothered him. The pool wasn't enjoyable because a roudy family had taken over the entire area, running and jumping into the pool, cannonballing everyone in the pool. All things considered, it's cheaper and more convenient to rent on VRBO

The room was really clean, and the bed was just perfect. Couldn't get my laptop to connect to the wifi. Even asked the person at the desk for help, but she couldn't figure it out. Plus, there was this sound coming from the bathroom, I thought was a leak, and turns out it is some kind of air flap.

The room was dated and cramped. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed.

Very clean and attentive, friendly staff. A small complaint is they are somewhat stingy on shampoo. Suggest you bring your own.

The breakfast was very nice and the internet was good.

Breakfast was fresh still at 9. Everything was extremely clean! The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!

Great location (right off the highway, so you do hear traffic) and a clean room with everything we needed. Checkin was incredibly slow (may have been a one-off).
