Staff wasn’t that nice or helpful. Asked for more towels but instead of getting towels we got told we shouldn’t have the water running (we were taking showers when they told us this). Bathroom faucet was dripping water the whole stay. Not the best experience.

all of the outlets near the beds were USELESS & DANGEROUS; plug wouldn’t stay in the electrical outlets - would literally FALL out; Chair& ottoman were COVERED in stains- how GROSS!! Why would you even leave that in a room?!?! Whole room had a weird smell to it- should only smell clean! And after taking a shower, the water dripped loudly ALL NIGHT. Overall YUCK

No one at the front desk. Had to call. Outdated. Room door was hard to open and close. Couch had holes in it and elevator didn't work

The air conditioner was loud and would cycle every 2 minutes so sleep would be unbearable. I asked to move and staff were very helpful. The air conditioner was still loud but better and worked properly. However, the second sink had a sign not to use. We still had the bathroom sink. I didn't mentioned the elevator didn't work but again, staff made sure we had a 1st floor room. It wasn't are best stay, but not the worst. Staff was accommodating. Maybe we got there on a bad week.

Some things show their age, but the price is great for the location. Everything worked - plumbing, room temp, refrigerator, microwave, TV, USB chargers, ...everything. We've stayed there before and will again.

water stained bathroom ceiling with paper peeling off the ceiling. A chair and ottoman with more stains than clean fabric. Toilet shifted and the caulk was under half the toilet. Full breakfast ??? I think not. Eggs tasted like powder, didn't bother trying the sausage. cereal was stale. Pancakes were good though. Danish was hard and had no flavor. Wear your shoes in the room as the carpet was scary looking. The one side door would not open with the room key a sign said go to the other end of building and try that side door. Elevator didn't work. One of the 2 sinks had 2 huge cracks.

Booked through Expedia. The wrong date auto populated, causing a mix up with the booking. Expedia would not refund our money or transfer the hotel stay to the date we needed. So we basically had to pay double for one night. This is not a negative review of the hotel, rather booking through Expedia.

Bath faucet didn't shut off all the way, causing leaking to the room below; toilet leaked as well; antiquated furniture/cabinets (one of the cabinet doors was loose/hanging off its hinges); language on the microwave was in French

Elevators were broken forcing us to walk around the outside of the building to reach our rooms. Rooms were outdated, the television was in need of replacement. Overall the establishment was overpriced for what we received.

Mediocre. Needed repairs in places. Wallpaper needed replacing. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Breakfast was okay. Shower was powerful, that was good. Light fixtures need updating around the pool and elsewhere.
