Courteous & responsive housekeeping staff Bath faucet didn't shut off all the way, causing leaking to the room below; toilet leaked as well; antiquated furniture/cabinets (one of the cabinet doors was loose/hanging off its hinges); language on the microwave was in French

Elevators were broken forcing us to walk around the outside of the building to reach our rooms. Rooms were outdated, the television was in need of replacement. Overall the establishment was overpriced for what we received.

Mediocre. Needed repairs in places. Wallpaper needed replacing. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Breakfast was okay. Shower was powerful, that was good. Light fixtures need updating around the pool and elsewhere.

Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared at that day of business. Our rooms never got cleaned I only asked for fresh lining and that service wasn’t provided. I assumed this is a family business it appeared that the family lived in the complex they were provided for and I as a paying customer was treated as I didn’t matter. Guess the family occupied all the lower level rooms and I as a customer had to suffer and be inconvenienced because my customer service didn’t matter to them. I hope they get to read this comment and will decide to meet the needs of your customer.

The pool area had a NASTY floor. Trash/tags/and literal LOOGIES on the ground I stepped in and wasn't cleaned for the entirety of our stay. Overall would not stay here again. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

Our Plans were changed. We could not find a local number, not could we cancel. What a rip off!!!!

Doors were not secure and housekeeping never cleaned room during stay. Had to clean room myself.

Room was adequate for overnight stay as a single but would not take a family with small children who might play on the floor.

We didn't even check in. We waited 15-20 min to have someone come to the desk. One of main reasons we went here was for hot tub that they said was down for cleaning/maintenance but were unsure of the turnaround time.

Nice hotel centrally located in Jefferson City. Easy parking a lot of dining options.
