The towels need to be replaced. They had holes in the wash cloths and were very worn.

This hotel was clean and room was basic. But I did like the hi-tech bathroom mirror! It has a built in defogger. Very cool! Breakfast was light, but okay.

We didn’t arrive till almost midnight & were out by 10 AM but everything was great while we were there

Rooms were nice and clean the staff was good. The only downfall was the hot tub was out of order. But all in all my stay was very nice. I would book a room there again

Room was clean, a/c worked good, limited parking from what I saw. Breakfast was decent waffles, eggs and sausage as hot food. Staff was friendly and accompanying wanted a end room and he looked and found one for us, thank you

The man at the front desk was prompt and friendly. Our stay was quiet. The hot tub was out of order, but I would not have used it anyway. The window curtain is well designed and does not allow much light to get in, which is often overlooked in hotels. Can't really walk anywhere from here, but there are many dining options within a very short drive.

My stay was great ,,,, a wonderfully run place at a reasonable price ,,,, staff very, very friendly and helpful the breakfast you get is first class to. Best tasting coffee in town available 24/ 7.

Bed was good, shower good, breakfast was good (hot eggs & sausage, waffle maker, juice, etc). Easy access from hwy 54, quiet on the backside of building.

We have stayed here numerous times.It is affordable, clean and the staff are lovely.I do hope they get the hot tub back in service.

For the price we had a great room, comfortable beds and everything was clean. Expected a “normal” coffee in the morning rather than the strange machine available for the breakfast that was only hot water first day and WEAK the second morning - only complaint. Get a “normal” coffee dispenser!

The stay was great, but getting the 8 rooms that I booked sorted, was not. I put the rooms under the travelers names to make check-in easier for them. It was very difficult to get the person at the desk to understand that I was putting all 8 rooms on my credit card. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt for the 8 rooms, but that was a no go. I needed that receipt to get reimbursed. I will have to figure out another way to do something that should have easily been done.

Staff barely spoke English. The bathroom counter and sink were cracked and rusted. Needs some updating. Lighting was horrible, had to open shade and iron by the window. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Runny eggs, prefab sausage links and stale potatoes.

Booked it because they advertised a pool and hot tub. Both were inoperative and I later found out they had been closed for about a month. That’s just unsatisfactory and cheap on their part! Also, if they’re going to advertise a pool and hot tub, then when those amenities are broken they should have the good customer service sense to take them off the internet so customers can pick a hotel that has what they want. Also our bathroom had dirty walls. At breakfast I watched an elderly customer struggling with getting coffee and the guy behind the desk kept telling him how to do it instead of coming out to help, so I went over and helped him. The guy behind the counter just appeared totally indignant that the poor guy couldn’t understand him.

A couple small issues... in 3 visits ive had over 18 months, never had hot tub working, this time pool was closed off. Wifi often didnt work for a hour or two some afternoons. Good breakfast and very clean rooms.

The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were not working. They were gross with molded yucky water. That was part of the whole reason we booked this hotel. The photos showed them to be nice. It was such a disappointment. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel. People are on a trip like to relax in the hot tub.
