Budget Inn

It was a last minute decision to stay in town so I got the least expensive hotel. It’s a very old hotel and mostly out of date. Still has window air conditioning. That said, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No coffee or breakfast items anywhere to be found. The couple running the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Very dirty. There wasn’t any toilet paper or Kleenex. Walls were dirty and the floors were sticky.

Great value for the money. Owners were very attentive and responsive. We’ve stayed a couple times already and will do so again.

Look the owners where very kind they tried but this property was extremely dated the beds where clean and they had a bathroom however it needs a complete remodel plus we felt uneasy as well by the surrounding Very dated the dish didn’t work the owner brought a different Roku and hooked up but we decided after it frozen several times to throw in the towel for any tv we didn’t stay the second night and no refund either we ate the last night . we left and won’t go back . Ice machine didn’t work the sweet lady at the desk gave her ice from back . We ended up driving to another motel in another city .

I really didn't feel comfortable at this place . The internet was down so they couldn't run my credit card and then the TV was out. The location is hard to find i drove past it and had to circle back. I understand you can't. Control everything about a stay but having residents in too rooms out infront of the hotel until 130 drinking and being loud was a little too much!

Clean! Well Maintained! Comfortable Bed! Great place!

the TV doesn't work they doesn't come with a remote control and you don't get a lot of TV for $86 a night on a Monday night you have no TV the water didn't work there's a stand-up shower but then you no trash bags and no soap and no toothbrush no nothing you couldn't get a bucket of ice and there's nothing to buy there at all

My room is clean and the staff are friendly. There are food stores just up the hill. It's quiet here except for train and traffic noise.

The owner went above and beyond to assist me during a tornado warning.

Price Air didn’t stay working shower was dirty has sewer smell

It was close to where my son need to be for Special Olympic The TV did not work like it supposed to and My Son went and took a shower and a couple minutes in the shower. The water went cold then there were no more hot water then I cannot take a shower after him because there were no hot water and there were no smoke protector in the room at all, and the lamps on the wall did not work at all, even when you put lightbulbs in it.

Shop's all over the place but you need a car to get to them. Room was clean and they are very friendly ppl working there.

They are pretty cool people and keep their property clean for the most part. However they have this strict policy about not having any visitors at all at that in my opinion is a violation of any individual’s freedom. Some of us are coming from distant locations and visiting family members in town who hasn’t seen them in years. I find it a bit too much like some sort of state corrections facility or something for you to be denied having any family members to come and see u at the place that you are staying in while you’re in their home town.

It was in the location I needed and it was all ground level for convenience. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel was alittle dated but very clean and comfortable No coffee pot in room

Nobody was at front desk. I waited almost an hour in the parking lot for someone to check in. The room had a stench about it. The floor was coming up. The toilet paper holder was broken. The paint on the wall was faded and peeling. I’ve traveled for over 30 years and this is one of the biggest dumps I’ve ever stayed in.

The property is old, but the owners have clearly been upgrading and repairing. There are some issues remaining, such as curtains that need to be replaced and wall repairs that need paint. But it is appropriately named: Budget Inn

Though the room was comfortable, it wasn't very clean. The TV didn't work and it was noisy. The area isn't a very good one. I had to request a different room then the assigned one (broken TV) and just an overall dingyness. Very disappointed.

No I didn't like staying there they was very depressed and unprofessional the room was not clean an I seen bedbugs there

NOTHING The property was dirty and run down. Parts of the floor was lifted. The cost of the room was not worth the stay
