Front desk staff from jul 3rd to July 5th were were very friendly and helpful. Ran out of towels at the pool called the front desk and the lady brought more within a few minutes.

There was this women named Lynn at the front desk and she took care of a problem I had. I give her a pat on the back, Thank you. Snacks and water bottle prices

Needs improvement: Dated property; TV didn't work in room, but a maintenance person came up within 10 minutes to fix it; restaurant has great views, but the staff was not all that attentive, and the breakfast, while convenient, was not a great value for the money.

Stayed here while biking the Katy Trail. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable. We were counting on the guest laundry though and that was out of service.

Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But walking a mile up and down hills was awful. I’d have overlooked this had they done something to make it right. Free breakfast or something would have been appreciated but no all I got was a I’m not sure why that happened and I’m sorry. I expect more from a Hilton than this. Honestly I won’t be staying there again due to these issues. I’m going back to IHG hotels from now on.

Overall a very comfortable room and facility. Staff was extremely nice.

Hotel was in great condition and had a great experience at the physical hotel, but outside parking was limited and the underground garage parking was terrible and tough to manage.

Restaurant has beautiful view of the capitol.
