Beds were cozy and comfortable. Parking is terrible. Pool and whirlpool were tiny. Could not find a menu for their in house restaurant. Rooms also tiny.

This is the only place to stay in Jeff City as far as I'm concerned. This place has a pool and fitness center, the rooms are very nice. 2 blocks to the main street. I will stay nowhere else. It's not that I've had bad experiences but this one has everything you need

Sink didn’t drain. The shower barely worked. Shower head was broke. Rooms never were cleaned. There was only one dryer and one washer for the entire hotel. I had to wake up at 3am just to get laundry done.

Front desk staff from jul 3rd to July 5th were were very friendly and helpful. Ran out of towels at the pool called the front desk and the lady brought more within a few minutes.

NA I stayed 2 nights, the first morning I got a breakfast sandwich. The bagel top and bottom were soggy so I removed them. Bacon was the only option to choose from on any of the foods prepared and I prefer sausage. I spent ten dollars on it and could have spent five dollars at the gas station for better food. When I arrived to my room with no pets.There was pet hair on the sitting chair in the corner , and the floors had not been swept. I let the clerk at the desk know that and she said that she would have the team clean it up. They did not do so and they did not offer me any kind of compensation for my room rate or a different room.
