Great place! Very friendly staff and very personable. We had to stay one extra night due to rental car reservation issues, and the staff mentioned to go through hotel.com to extend our stay just to get better pricing. We will definitely choose this hotel if we need to stay in Jefferson City again!

Above and beyond services breakfast buffet

A one of a kind.

The bed and pillows were super comfy. The staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the shower - with low water pressure and not being made for taller people. I am 5'11" and the water hit me in mid-chest.

The property is extremely old, had a really weird smell, the parking garage & elevator smelled like mold, so we opted to park outside in front of the hotel, breakfast was included which was like any other hotel breakfast & they had coffee. Someone was sleeping in the gym floor when we went to the gym so we left & swimming lessons were taking place in the pool so we didn't use the pool either.

Me and my wife chose to stay @ this hotel because it was out one year anniversary and we have never been to this location before. The service was AMAZING the food was delicious and the environment was so relaxing and gorgeous. We definitely will be planning another trip

Do yourself a favor and believe the reviews. When looking at this property the reviews seem to be kind of mixed and the pictures looked OK so we decided to go for it. Wish we wouldn’t have. We barely even slept because it was so dirty we did not feel comfortable in the room. We tried to spend most of our time away from the room and then ended up getting up at six and coming home. We stayed in an executive suite so I thought if anything it would be clean being how it’s the nicest room they have. Wrong again. Just completely disappointed with the stay and would NEVER go back.

Noisy bathroom light. It’s buzzing. Not enough towels in the room.

Very clean and in the centre… great architecture

This place is in the perfect location for exploring downtown Jefferson City, but the hotel is aging and the staff are just trying to do the best they can.

The desk staff was great!! If the property was the quality of the desk staff, my review would be very different.

The room wasn’t the cleanest.

It was supposed to be pay at property through expedia. She told me it wasnt booked that way and my card had already been charged full amount even though my confirmation showed I was right.

Old and not maintained.

It is pet friendly, staff is very nice, room is clean, the only thing I think that they should have in the rooms is a mini fridge

Property was OK. They were working on the waterfall it looked like. Breakfast was about a 7/10. Decent selection tasted as expected. Room was nice. Was odd to not have a refrigerator. We also had to go back outside after checking in to hang a tag in our car. Not what we wanted after driving in and carrying everything. Got to the room and then went back out to do that. Otherwise decent property with good location.

The staff was amazing. It was last minute our ac went out. Nice room

Desk staff was efficient but personality of rocks. I won’t stay there again.

Double queen standard King with sofa Junior Suite Executive Suite Etc. I got an executive suite because it was assumed to have a microwave and frig, because the junior suite shows pictures of an actual suite with those amenities. One may assume if a junior does, a certainly executive does. Same price so why not go executive, right? Because as you notice all pictures, aside from the one junior suite picture, are all the same for all the room listings if there is a king bed included. Walk into the room and realize it is an identical layout to a standard king (which is half the price), but for an executive suite price. Walk downstairs and ask the receptionist, she says she’s aware they list things incorrectly. Just because it says “executive suite” doesn’t mean anything, it’s just marketing. It is actually a standard king… for double the price. They don’t list the actual executive suites on Expedia. If it says “King bed with sofabed” they are all the same room. And since it’s through Expedia, they have no obligation to help or change anything. Would gladly have went to the same room for half the price. To anyone like me who see’s this place, see’s the bad reviews, but also see’s how much cheaper it is than even a Choice hotel… take more time and ask more questions than I did to consider why.
