Capitol Plaza Hotel Jefferson City

We didn’t stay. It was nasty! Filthy , smelly. Door was open to room. Said It wouldn’t close all the way.

Pillows were bad and mattresses, unable to sleep. Most hotels invest in quality mattress and pillows if the facility is old. Facility cleaned, no microwave and refrigerator, should have called if we needed to order one, unacceptable pillows , mattress, refrigerator and microwave

This property is dated and needs to be updated. Pillows were skimpy. No bar or food service.

Our ac was broken had to switch rooms after an already long day.

Very Dissappointed, they didn’t clean the rooms for room cleaning and no microwave r refrigerator in room!

Location was perfect for my event TV was dark, Cold room due to boiler system not switched on, Woke up with a cold, had to use blow dryer to get some quick warmth on my hands, Metal sticking out bed, No room service to assist with extra linens…was told to come from 9th floor to come downstairs and get yourself, Low room lighting, “White” Stains on chair and couch, Toilet flushes very slow, gotta hold the hand for awhile, Bed pillows are the size of small throw pillows, $6.00 on display for a bottle of water

The location is perfect for when we would visit our children at their university. They have some rooms are spacious with an additional living room area, as well as regular size rooms. 5 years ago it was our go to spot, now it's a last resort for us. The rooms are decent, but there is always something wrong that we have to call maintenance for. They no longer have a restaurant for breakfast, only coffee is offered. Overall, it just feels more run down from when we first started staying there.

The property is in need of a renovation. Was not happy with the appearance of my room. Was told on site the restaurant is closed. Will not book at this location again.

The staff were helpful and understanding. However the state of the of the hotel was dreadful.

Peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, water stains, dusty furniture, lamp shade with cobwebs, sticky carpet - definitely not worth the money they're charging.

The front desk was rude and not very helpful. We asked for a couple toothbrushes as we forgot ours. The lady said she just told another couple no because they were in the back and no one had brought them up front yet. I am not sure why she could not go get them but she didn't offer or care. She also yelled at us after we checked out and said "I do know" after I told her that our stay was not great.

Great stay and this hotel managed our large group booking (95 rooms) like a pro. Highly recommend.

It really needs updating bad. Things need to be replaced and painting needs to be done.

Cockroach’s in the room smell of smoking and beer The cleanliness and the staff not caring about the complaints

Our tv didn’t work and parking was $10, which is weird since we’re staying at their hotel. But room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would stay again.
