Terrace has a nice view of Manhattan. Buffet breakfast was also good.

This place is amazing, the view from the room was epic, we slept with the shades open, parking next door, close to ferry, CVS down the street, delicious restaurant and breakfast, absolutely amazing place! The staff was great as well!

Location is unbeatable. Staff were unfriendly and unaware of important information. The breakfast was awful! Really really terrible premade food all drenched in oil with nothing fresh- but with s great view

Avoid the west side, since it feels like you are sleeping at a train station, with the constant noise of the light rail running downstairs and the commuter and train announcements. HORRIBLE to even expect a peaceful night's sleep

Location and views. Our room was located right above the main lobby on floor 2, it was very loud late at night. We were unable to change rooms.

The Stay was great. When my family and I arrived , I did not like the location. So I went back to the front desk to see if they can accommodate us somewhere else. Without hesitation I was relocated to another room. Upon entering the new room we noticed that the slide glass to the bathroom was off the hinges. We placed a call to housekeeping and in less then 10min someone was knocking on the door to fix it. The hospitality is excellent here and the location is breathtaking. This hotel is one of our favorite locations when we come to town.
