Hyatt House Jersey City

Very friendly, helpful staff. enjoyed the city view, even though it was partially blocked by another building in front. I loved the big walk-in shower. Nice size room.

We’ve just returned as a family of five from staying at Hyatt House. The staff were all lovely and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a really good size and clean with more amenities than we expected. The breakfast each morning was superb and there was always something everyone liked. The location was fantastic with views of the manhattan skyline right outside. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Close to the train station and ferry station. Busy area. Very noisy. Breakfast was below average for a Hotel that is considered 4 star.

I love the location and the beautiful view… For the rooms and the breakfast it’s very expensive. The rooms are old, and this time the room was a kind of dirty….found a hair on the couch and some garbage on the bathroom…also the blinds did not close or open properly , the cleaning staff don’t come every day and the garbage accumulated on the room… when we asked to be removed they answered that they will come the last day of our stay…. The breakfast not as good as before, and coffee on the lobby disappeared!!! So sad!!!

The pictures and reviews are misleading, but honestly the hotel is really old and needs a major upgrade.

The room we were in was next to train station on 2nd floor so there was lot of noise and trains going in. The benefit was it was next to train station so commute was easy and view of city skyline was great.

Breakfast room is large and has beautiful view of NYC.

Very nice studio room. Hotel right on the Hudson with amazing views of Manhattan. Path station a minute walk away, ferries a 5 min walk away. Breakfast included which helped alot. Laundry an added and used bonus. Jersey City and Hyatt house so convenient for Manhattan without the hustle and bustle. Very nice to go back to Hyatt House after a long day exploring in Manhattan. We would definitely stay again. Top marks for a wonderful stay. The only criticism was the Housekeeping, every other day, which wasn't a problem but they did not come every other day, we only had our room cleaned once and sheets changed twice during a weeks stay, cleaners always cleaning late in the afternoon, when you have been out all day, and just want to shower and chill, you then have a knock at the door from the cleaners. Cleaners were themselves very good but timings not.

Great service! Parking garage is across the way diagonally so a bit of a walk with your belongings but a validated $27/day for this area is a great deal! Room was nice and great breakfast buffet. A lot of places nearby ro DoorDash from if you don’t want the food from the restaurant on top floor.

Large clean room. Located right by the PATH. Could hear rooftop music until 2am (12th floor). We were told we could get dinner until 11 but weren't told we would need reservations. Couldn't get through on the phone, always on hold. Parking. Understaffed? Check in/ if you wanted to grab a snack was always a 10/20minute wait.

Room was clean, but no room service and hard to get into Roof Top. Make sure to make reservations well in advance. Great location. 👍

Huge rooms for the price. Extremely clean and modern. Well lit. Spectacular view from the room and the terrace. Best experience have had to date in NJ and NYC!

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean, small microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was good in the morning, a lot of space to spread out, and there was a lot of things to do in the area: close stores, CVS, boat ride, train. So overall great stay and will definitely stay again.
