We had a great stay! Convenient location to the Path. Staff was very accommodating.

Really nice hotel with a prime location. Room was better than I thought it would be. Staff were really kind and helpful. The only downside is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and springy. They did offer to provide an extra duvet to pad it out but still uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night so was okay.

The suite aspect worked for our party. The view on the NYC side was wonderful. The information about the parking availability is misleading. What I read said $25 per day which I interpreted as 24 hours- not only overnight and only for an hour after checkout. We planned our trip to include a few hours for lunch and sightseeing afterwards but it would mean moving the car. The manager offered a concession but it did not give us sufficient time to do what we planned.

We had a nice overall stay and would stay here again. The one issue was that we arrived shortly after the 4:00pm check-in and the room still wasn’t ready. They said they were short staffed. This is understandable, but we would have appreciated being notified in advance. Had we known, we would’ve checked-in after our dinner plans in NYC rather than before since the wait time delayed us.

Location is convenient to travel; lots of dining options nearby; easy parking. Room and bed are comfortable.

AC in Room not in Service. Service Personal checked it and informed us, that all is ok. This was NOT true. We stayed a few days before in an other room, where the AC was ok - so we knew, how the C should work

Location close the Exchange Flags Path Station, easy access into Manhattan by Path and subway; Cleanliness; Staff supportive , prompt to deal with your requests; Strong, reliable internet connection Horrible mattress, worn out, sleeping like in a hammock. It caused me terrible back pain. It should have been discarded long time ago. Poor choice of plates and fishes. Only 2 plates provided (one normal size and the other appetizer size), no mugs for coffee. No salad bowl, no chopping board, no frying pan. No kitchen knife. But , ironically, there was a dishwasher! Ha! Ha! What for? 2 plates? We appreciated staff cooperation and willingness as they brought us 2 mugs and one frying pan immediately. Unfortunately they couldn't change the room for us as they said it was fully booked. We got a ground floor room and we had to deal with all the hotel traffic passing in front of our window. These ground floor rooms (like 104) shouldn't be rented as rooms for guests. Location of such rooms is totally unapropriate for a holiday. No balcony at all and windows barely opens to allow some fresh air.
