I only had one problem and it has happened the past 2 times I have stayed at Sonesta suites, not just the Jersey city. I am in a wheelchair and 2 times while I was alone in my room showering the automatic lights shut off leaving me in pitch black bathroom and great difficulty trying to transfer back into chair. The light switch that is automatic shut off is by the door and no way to reach it from shower or commode. Even moving arms did not make it come back on, very Dangerous. There should never be an auto light shut off in ANY bathroom. I can understand in kitchen or other lighting, but NEVER a bathroom. I was only in there 10 minutes. Other than that I love Sonesta Suites and all their staff and am staying at one again this weekend.

My only suggestion is that the hotel should offer breakfast, as it would make the stay even more enjoyable. One issue I experienced was with parking when the hotel was very busy. Even after paying for parking, it was difficult to find an available space. I believe the hotel should keep track of how many parking spaces are available before charging guests for parking. This would help avoid frustration and improve the overall guest experience. Another suggestion would be to place a local information guide in every room. It would be very helpful for guests to have information about the city, nearby restaurants, transportation options, attractions, shopping, and other useful services. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed there for 4 days and all the days the sound start around 6 am. Idk what was maybe the doors or people dancing but your can hear the hard noises.

The staff was great! The rooms super clean! They were sooo busy with the World Cup but still delivered. Loved the Rita Ice truck ! They could accommodate an early check in. Aiesha (did not spell correctly ) but she was so wonderful.
