My only suggestion is that the hotel should offer breakfast, as it would make the stay even more enjoyable. One issue I experienced was with parking when the hotel was very busy. Even after paying for parking, it was difficult to find an available space. I believe the hotel should keep track of how many parking spaces are available before charging guests for parking. This would help avoid frustration and improve the overall guest experience. Another suggestion would be to place a local information guide in every room. It would be very helpful for guests to have information about the city, nearby restaurants, transportation options, attractions, shopping, and other useful services. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Location We waited 15 minutes to check in. Only one staff member was working and doing everything. The bed linens were not clean. The housekeeping service is every 8 days. The bathroom faucet was not working properly. In the middle of the shower, the lights went off because of the sensor.

The location is very good, close to the path train station and the water front. The staff is very friendly. The price is high. May be because of its location to New York City.

Hotel was in a good location

Hotel was nice. No breakfast or Ice machine on property, Pay park at Hotel and u already paid to Stay. Stove, fridge in rooms. I dont cook on Vaca. I would not stay here again. Not worth money.

I stayed there for 4 days and all the days the sound start around 6 am. Idk what was maybe the doors or people dancing but your can hear the hard noises.

Location, helpfulness of staff upon check-in. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, lack of water pressure, very thin walls meant that noise from neighboring rooms was quite loud.

A male African front-desk employee (aged 50+) at this hotel provided terrible service! His attitude was appalling, and he is completely unfit for the role of a front-desk agent! He should be fired!

Everything was great The light rail noise passing the hotel

The staff was great! The rooms super clean! They were sooo busy with the World Cup but still delivered. Loved the Rita Ice truck ! They could accommodate an early check in. Aiesha (did not spell correctly ) but she was so wonderful.

The staff is the best. I liked everything about it.
