Staff members had a positive attitude and we're welcoming. Location was great, especially for the view. Pool advertised but not available via Google. Asked for towel/bathroom replenishment on Friday got it on Saturday night. Carpet and other decor had an odor. Air conditioning could be more modern. For the price we paid I expected more. I paid less at other Hyatts and it was a far better experience. Also no regency program amenities at this location.

Good location in great view. Nice lobby and bar keep staff. Front desk was awful. People were not nice at all and not helpful.

The view is fantastic. The staff is very helpful and we loved the room. Maybe to include complementary slippers for guests.

It was right on the water with easy access to the ferries and PATH. THE VIEWS ARE FANTASTIC! We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and staff mostly friendly and attentive. We were happy with everything.

Clean comfortable and close to ferry with great views of New York skyline. Misleading with car parking fee as booking states 27 dollars per day we was then charged 54 per day.

Love the convenience and location of this ch property. Jersey City center and Manhattan adjacent to all things shopping, site seeing, food and entertainment.

It is advertised that there is a pool but there is no longer one here. Also, theres no room service? Never stayed anywhere that didnt have room service.

Would have like to know that the pool closed last April. That disappointing my grandkids but the location was phenomenal. Ordered donuts for the kids. Came out so dry we couldn’t eat them
