Super clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and polite.

The pool was shut down other than that was nice

We have stayed here several times over the last 10 years. Started out fantastic, staff still is, but they have not kept up with repairs unfortunately. Loose toilet seat, paint/wallpaper/many carpets definitely need refreshing. Really hate writing this because have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years, but will go elsewhere from now on😟

The breakfast was awesome. Large, varied, and tasty. Disappointed that pool was under construction. As nice as the hotel was we would have gone to a different hotel with breakfast had we known the pool was unavailable. My grandchildren were disapponted. Also disappointed that as nice as staff was in person, they were totally unresponsive via message.

The last day the drain in shower flooded the bath room.

Staff top notch. Bartender super friendly. Only complaint pool was not open due to construction and web site does not have that information through the third party. Still had a great stay

After checking in, I asked the front desk for extra blankets. The employee told me housekeeping would bring them to my room. Three hours later, I called again because nothing had arrived. I was once again told that housekeeping would be contacted, but I never received the blankets until after about 5 hours when I called again The bed was also very uncomfortable, with a large divot in the middle that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another concern was that my room door did not latch properly unless it was pushed or pulled with significant force. I didn't realize this until the second day, meaning my room may not have been fully secured whenever I left. That was a serious safety concern. Overall, I expected better service, a more comfortable room, and a properly functioning door. Unfortunately, these issues made for a disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel addresses them for future guests.

Pool was closed and carpet in hall is lumpy. Staff is nice and helpful. Laundry was clean.

Beds were full not queens no way! Purchased it saying there was a pool! Nope not working. Breakfast was decent though only bright spot!

We had to leave at 11:00pm when we found roaches in our room. The staff was nice and said we could request a refund but mentioned two other rooms had been removed from service on another floor for the same issue. The room was damp, smelled bad, and there was some mold in the bathroom in addition to the property desperately needing a refresh. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and is coming loose so people were tripping over it. We had stayed here years ago and it was very nice but it really needs some deep cleaning, pest control, and maintenance to be a good place to stay again!

The pool area is closed due to renovation but they have plenty of other spots on sight to meet and hangout. I loved the Pioneer bar and the bar tender makes great food and drinks of all kinds.

Don’t know because we didn’t stay there got a total refund. They did not put on their website or did you that the swimming pool and the whirlpool were under construction, which was the main part that we went for?

Wasnt much for breakfast options. No cable, no pool. Unpleasant front desk staff at time of check in. But i will say the cottage are is very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating. Really loved the outdoor areas.

I wanted to give this non-chain hotel a chance but I was disappointed. We booked on hotels.com so didn’t know the pool and hot tub was closed for renevations, plus the entire 2nd floor. It was pretty full and had some noisy kids. We had several times when someone knocked on our door and fled. Then, terrifyingly, I was woken from a sound sleep at 11:30 by someone trying to enter, and they managed to open the door that I thought deadbolted. My husband said it was a staff person and they quickly shut the door when realizing we were in the room. The wall paper was ripped, the remote missing the backing, the OJ dispenser was broken. One positive was that I liked their fridge which had an actual freezer component.

They are doing construction remodel but didn't interfere with our stay.

They have been renovating and things are kind of a mess. Pool being worked on. 2nd floor under renovation. 1st floor still needs done. Only 3rd floor done. No wash cloths in our room the first night. No hot water 2nd day in the afternoon. Had to take a cold shower. One of these things is no big deal but when they all happen on the same visit it makes you think twice if you want to stay again. 2nd day breakfast had cold and underdone breakfast potatoes.

This was probably the quaintest hotels we've stayed in lately. The decor is so cute, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that we weren't able to spend more time there. Worth taking a side trip off the interstate to stay there if you're passing through the state.
