Very clean hotel, good location, kitchen is a plus, all the facilities are excellent

Clean room and convenient location

Room was nice and clean

The microwave continuously beeped and started on its own throught the stay and during the night. Eventually had to unplug it. Bathroom sink would not drain. When brought to staffs attention, we were told they did not have maintenance on the property. We were not offered to change rooms, so we had no use of the bathroom sink. Imagine having to use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth, wash your face, wash hands after toileting. Just awful! Stay away!

Not very well kept

The room was extremely clean. The staff was super helpful. It's a great place to stay for the price!

The bathroom had no cabinet for toilet articles. The DVD player was missing the cable.

Good for a 5 hour sleep for a road break, looked ok otherwise but didn't spend time to do or use anything else

I didn't like any of the stay. Staff gave me horrible looks and treated me terrible. Staff let my abuser know my whereabouts.

Great, I mostly appreciated the free coffee The interaction with the staff was excellent as all of the employees I interacted with were absolutely fantastic

My wife is very picky and she said it was clean. The coffee is fresh ground aromatic and absolutely fabulous, available 24/7 in the room that has a ton of snacks. We will stay here again.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced it smells of urine.

Others in our party arrived before us to the hotel, and checked in. The first room smelled like an ashtray. The staff put them into a different room. After being in the room for about 10 minutes, 2 large bugs crawled out of the pillowcase. We all left and found another place to stay.

We arrived, everything seemed to be clean and comfortable. When we were checking in because of a home/house emergency, they would not let us because we lived within 60 miles of the facility. I understand the reason however, I would recommend they note this upfront on all platforms so people can know.

Very well kept, everything is in working order. The bathroom had some hair on the counter still and that was a little off putting but otherwise clean.

Our experience was very disappointing. At about 10pm the fire alarm in our room began to ring, then stopped after 2-3 mins. Later, about 12am, it started again. That is when we called the front desk the first time. The clerk informed us that they were aware of the situation and it had been taken care of. We went back to bed just to be awaken again at 2am by a loud noise. My daughter got up and went to the bathroom and discovered the floor was flooded with water. There was water gushing down out of the ceiling light fixture in the bathroom. The floor was extremely dangerous to walk on. We called the front desk again. Again we were told they were aware of the situation. The clerk said we would need to move to a different room (they had only one available, and it was not what we had paid for). We had no help moving, one pair of shoes that was on the floor was ruined by the water. At 5am the fire alarm in the second room went off. That morning when we checked out, we inquired about an adjustment on our bill, we were denied any compensation for the night we had endured, loss of a pair of shoes as well as loss of sleep. We were told the reason for no compensation was we had made our reservation through a third party, Expedia. So, I guess the lesion to be learned is to always book directly with the hotel. If Expedia or Candlewood Suites ever decide to makes this right, I will update this review.
