Candlewood Suites Joplin by IHG

Room was good with lots of room Would have preferred a king size bed vs a queen. Also the bathroom was large with a great shower however there was not a place/shelf to put personal items like toothpaste, shaving cream, Deodorant, etc.

Property needs a touch up. The table legs were almost de attached from table, terrible smell. It was awful

Staff was wonderful. Room smelled slightly musty

Very clean, but there were very small ants in our kitchen. Hair dryer and exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The lamp in the bedroom blinked if turned on. Overall good value for the price, but obviously needs some upkeep.

The staff were friendly. Hotel amenities were great. The rooms and bed were clean. We will come back.

Clean room and convenient location

Room was nice and clean

The microwave continuously beeped and started on its own throught the stay and during the night. Eventually had to unplug it. Bathroom sink would not drain. When brought to staffs attention, we were told they did not have maintenance on the property. We were not offered to change rooms, so we had no use of the bathroom sink. Imagine having to use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth, wash your face, wash hands after toileting. Just awful! Stay away!

The room was extremely clean. The staff was super helpful. It's a great place to stay for the price!

The bathroom had no cabinet for toilet articles. The DVD player was missing the cable.
