The entire experience was disappointing. The worse was encountering larva and drain flies in the shower.

Great location! Friendly staff

Breakfast was quite good with great selection. Better than most who offer this free type breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I only had the poor experience of going to dinner at the attached restaurant. I made my complaint to them and I hope they take my suggestion.

Kids loved the pool

Staff was friendly. The door to our room didn't shut properly, but we notified the property.

Hair and lint gobbed up in the wash cloth was disgusting….still makes me want to throw up

Everything was great but towels for pool and hot tub were nonexistent im not sure who u gotta know to get one but I was sopping wet trying to make my way to the service desk then it was so busy I was embarrassed to walk up in my bathing suit dripping that I just turned around and went to my room..maybe put a towel cabinet by the pool area ????there was a bin for used towels, i was so confused

Clean room

The room was very nice. Loved the close access to the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!

Tub/shower needed a mat to stand on. Sink barely had pressure to drip, yet shower had plenty of pressure.

Bed is neatly done. Bathroom vents could use some cleaning. Door knobs are loose and the screws are jutting out. Fingers get cut when trying to open the doors. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. Else its quite decent

I would have liked the hot water to be hotter. I liked the lament flooring. The room didn't have enough lights, or the bulds need to be brighter. It was okay. I may stay again.
