Days Inn by Wyndham Joplin

They were able to give us two adjacent rooms. The artwork in the rooms was nice. They didn't like our temporary paper legal driver's license. I had called the hotel to ask about the pool. They said it would be open, but upon arrival, it was closed for the season. Carpets looked dirty. The bed itself was ok, but I was bitten by an insect or spider while in bed.

Nothing unexpected is always a plus. Great staff and clean atmosphere.

Exceptional

Nothing worth mentioning Facility old and lower level apparently under renovation. Upper level where we stayed with old/worn carpeting. Felt dingy. Strong smell of tobacco use. In our room disinfectant smell to cover tobacco but failing. Bathroom fixtures with slapdash sealants to cover leaks but failing to cover faucet drips. Not to the standard I’ve experienced and come to expect from Wyndham.

Got bitten by bugs I have already complained to Windham and Joplin and they're supposed to refund my money and they said I'm supposed to get a hold of booking.com and I did and the lady was supposed to call me back when 2 to 5 minutes and I never got a return from you guys to refund my money So I'm pretty sure I will never use booking.com again because you haven't refunded my money and you've ignored me and given me the runaround

We've been to this Days Inn before, that's why we chose it again. Good value. Nice rooms.

Bathtub and sink did not drain, toilet ran all the time. TV remote did not work. Questionable people were on the property. We were disappointed with the experiencer.

Quiet enough place. The TVs did not work, but the night clerk said she could have fixed it (she was great). The carpet is old and smells a bit funky - dusty around the edges where they miss vacuuming. Cheap, so get what you pay for. Ok for the price.

Breakfast was not great

We like the little balcony we can sit outside. There's always at least one chair. It's got a table.

It was close to restaurants and shopping. The hallway smelled like vomiting and marijuana. the front desk girls were not professional. Messy hair and hoodies.
