Drury Inn & Suites Joplin

The elevator was slow and the breakfast food was warm not hot. We did not like the way the bathroom was situated.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful. Very friendly.

The Drury Inn was the best hotel experience we’ve had on our 5 day road trip staying at a different hotel each night. Everything was so clean and the dinner & breakfast they served was absolutely amazing! But what has stayed with us the most was the staff! Every single staff member we came across greeted us with smiles and a very friendly “how are you?”! From the front desk to the cleaning staff we met in the halls to the staff in the dinner/breakfast area. This will be our only hotel choice for all future travel. It was truly just the best experience! Thank y’all so much!

The hotel was very nice and clean and apparently fairly new or recently remodeled. Comfortable bed. It was all very nice.

We love the Drury Inn hotels, always an enjoyable stay. Love the kickbacks in the evenings. Good complementary food and drinks. Menu varies day to day. On evening we had chicken fajitas chili and hotdogs another evening pulled BBQ pork sliders, baked potatoes chili hotdogs and salad along with our 3 drinks each. Beer, wine or mixed drinks.

We enjoyed our stay at Drury inn in Joplin, MO. Comfortable, clean room with a great shower. Fast check in and check out. Manager was on property and visible, ensuring guests were happy. Breakfast options were great and served by friendly staff. We would stay here again.

We had never stayed at, or heard of Drury Hotels, but we were pleasantly surprised! First of all, the staff (check-in, maintenance man, bartender, breakfast servers) all were genuinely kind and all seemed happy working there, which I've never experienced before that happy, positive atmosphere from the staff!! We were blown away about the free drinks in the evening and the food/appetizers that were served to all the guests! We continued on our trip and we were sad we didn't book more Drury Hotels along our way. (We seen them and were bummed we booked different hotels). Thanks for such a surprising, pleasant stay at your hotel! Nothing
