Holiday Inn Express And Suites Joplin Southeast by IHG

I like this hotel and would consider staying again. The breakfast was amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed there and the pool was broken. We had the most loudest people next to us and asked to be moved with no help. Very frustrating.

Very clean, seemed recently remodeled. Stay was quiet. Very comfortably beds and pillows. Breakfast was good. Wood stay here again.

Good place stay/ overnight trip on Route 66 tour. Great check in staff.

One of the rooms had an issue with the floor. There was an obvious, large elevation change. This was a bit dangerous and gave concerns about the safety/integrity of the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, this was the only issue but was large enough to draw much concern.

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to 44.

Clean, affordable, convenient place to stay. Good breakfast—my husband really enjoyed it. The outside is void of all plants,but the inside is comfortable and quiet. Close to everything!

The hotel had a nice vibe when I arrived. Pleasant music playing. The staff was accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and inviting. I very much enjoyed the couch in the room. It was a nice place to relax after my long drive.

The hotel is older but has been updated. Has lots of parking. Our room smelled terrible but I think it was due to a pet problem by the previous occupant. The hotel was full, so they provided air freshener. We suggested they not rent that particular room until the odor was eliminated. They gave us extra points for our stay to compensate. That said, the young man working the evening shift at the front desk was very friendly and kind.

It was very clean and looked like it was new. The staff was professional and helpful.

My only complaint was that the coffee machines were horrible at the complimentary breakfast.

My only complaint was our bathroom door. It stuck terribly.

The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was adequate as most hotel free breakfasts are. I would recommend this place & I would stay here again.

Staff No outside lighting when we arrived after dark. Hotel hard to find at night. Toilet was backed up in my room and the room temperature was at 75 when I arrived. Turned down the ac and the room never cooled below 73.

Customer service outstanding. Breakfast was good and kept up.

Breakfast was really good with varieties.
