Holiday Inn Joplin by IHG

We originally booked rooms at another hotel only to be greeted with far less than desirable conditions. So we moved to this one. What a well taken care of property. The staff was outstanding! The young lady working the front desk was exceptional! Shauntella??? She went above & beyond to accommodate our party and allowed us to have a late checkout the next day due to our troubles with the other hotel. What a great experience after a crappy start at the other place. Breakfast was fantastic too.

We had a couple of issues with the room however the engagement with the front desk staff was excellent and made us feel like they really cared about us. Very happy with our stay and would return again.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. There was hardly any food for breakfast. We had to resort to just cereal.

On a business trip. Everything was nice

Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the fitness center, and the room was setup well and everything worked as it should (fridge, TV, Shower).

The beds were Terrible! I had a queen suite and there were no box springs just a wooden box with hard mattress on top. I spent $180 and could not sleep at all. I told the front desk and they just said sorry. No discount or anything.

Price, Room, food, staff, and the facilities were very good. The restaurant area can be a bit more clean. Overall, great stay and will stay agsin.

Breakfast was available for 11.00 but wasn't really worth 11.00 but overall a good place to stay clean, and comfortable

We stayed here while driving my mother from Illinois to Albuquerque. The staff was super helpful! We requested an accessible room, and it was great--super large and comfortable!

This was an up-to-date hotel with a nice breakfast option that costs. Unfortunately the front of the hotel is not facing a main street and sits directly behind a Holiday Inn Express IHG, so getting into the parking lot was a bit confusing.

Everything was excellent there was nothing I didn't like. Except they had no Pepsi in the grocery section downstairs but that wasn't an issue i just went with my next choice of soda.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds are excellent and the pillows staff was pretty helpful with things. Most of them were nice the breakfast you have to pay for and was not worth it. It was cold the link sausages looked like leather and trying to eat them was tasteless dried out it eas like chewing on leather there were eggs, bacon biscuits with sausage French toast, and all of it was cold not worth a 10.99 and that’s with a coupon
