The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff were friendly.

Did not like cockroaches

Very clean and spacious room. Love how I could park right outside my room. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The pictures are very misleading. The lobby is fine but the rooms need some work. There were several places where paint or furniture was chipping, cracks in ceiling, etc. The worst part was the bed. It was on some sort of metal base so anytime you get up or even roll over, it would make the loudest sound. It was impossible to sleep on. The walls are also very thin so you can hear and smell (weed) everything. Finally, the parking wasn’t ideal. We were placed on the opposite side of the building where there is no parking so you cannot see your car or even hear your alarm at night if needed. I would steer clear if you have kids or just want a decent nights sleep.

Quiet, restful place. I would stop there again on my many travels.

The staff was friendly but cleanliness left much to be desired. There were poop stains in the toilet and hair in the shower. Towels also were stained.

It was okay. Nothing exciting.

It’s a little rough on the outside . The inside of the rooms are very clean and updated . Perfect for a road trip stop

There was no hot water in the shower. It wasn’t even lukewarm.

Coffee pot did not work & it took most of the evening to get the room cooled down.

It was horrible I walked in and turned around told the desk manager it was in such poor condition I could not stay. I left - stayed at the Marriott

Great hotel, nice staff, no bugs.

We went to check into our room at 3PM and our room wasn’t available. The customer service at the front desk was extremely rude and aggressive. I felt like my family would be unsafe staying at that hotel based off the the interaction with Karley so we canceled our stay and drove to another town to stay.

Lady in the breakfast room was really nice, and helpful. She came and spoke with me when there weren't others waiting for help. I enjoyed the conversation and the attention. She did bring out bananas when I didn't see them and asked. Breakfast was generic hotel breakfast, not special. Room was probably 3 stars. It was clean. "Closet" was a bracket about 10" long next to the bathroom sink/counter. I was afraid I'd splash water or whatever on any clothes hung on the bracket. TP was a bit harsh. Parking seemed plentiful.

When I checked in, I was told to leave the hotel building and go outside to another building where my room was located. This was a complete surprise. I expected the room to be inside the hotel, not with a door opening directly to the parking lot and road. It felt uncomfortable because there was very little privacy or security—anyone walking by from the street or parking lot could come right up to the door and knock. If Booking.com or the hotel had clearly shown exterior photos of these room buildings, I would never have booked this property. After driving about 9.5 hours from Chicago, this was the last surprise I wanted when I arrived. The hotel should be transparent and include photos of the actual room buildings so guests know what they are booking.
