Residence Inn Marriott Joplin

I was very disappointed. I stayed in a two bedroom suite. The kitchen appliances need to be replaced. There was trash left behind from the person before me. I was very disappointed

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very open and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we left on Monday, breakfast was good but not many options. The coffee was not very hot. Was on the first floor and the night was very quiet and easy to sleep.

This place is always hard to find, due to google maps NOT showing the right turn at the property, partly because there is a hotel and a restaurant sharing the lot, and there is NO eye-level signage indicating the entrance. It DOES say "Residence inn" on the end of the building, 3 or 4 stories up - We pointed this out TWO YEARS AGO, and no one has fixed it yet, that I can see

The front desk person was friendly. The location was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. The person servicing the breakfast items was very pleasant and kept every item stocked.

Rooms are very comfortable and hotel is convenient to dining options.

Nice staff, clean rooms, great amenities. When it comes to sleeping however the noise is terrible. If you have a room that faces the highway, it'll be a long night. Then the air-conditioning was so loud and rattled that it did drown out the road noise but made it even worse for sleeping.

People were great! Everyone was helpful especially during the tornado warning... when I was returning from a reunion. I somehow got charged extra for something on my account. Have NO clue what I could have done to incur an additional charge!

Nice facility and staff but the beds were hard as a rock.

We were there for a week and thought it was fantastic for the price! Room was spacious for the 5 of us with a full kitchen. Staff was soooooo nice. Only bad thing was that the rooms are old and are begging for updating, but other than that it was great.

Great location, very comfortable beds Hair in the shower, stained and dated furniture in living area, tired furnishings, a lot of interstate traffic noise! Breakfast subpar.
