The staff were really helpful and the hotel was great

The first room they put us in was trashed. The second rooms door was hard to open and the room was not custom ready. At 12:30 Am someone was trying to get into the room and then came back is a few minutes with a different key card and tried again to get in. I opened the curtains a yelled at him and he ran away. I will let people know this is not a safe place to stay.

Other than that the property was in abysmal condition. Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, rust on all vents, the top sheet on my bad smelled like body odor and the bottom sheets felt damp? Are we serious? The towels in the bathroom had stains and were damp. I looked at the art on the wall and that somehow had mold too. Were those blood stains I noticed on the chair? Why was there a woman’s hair in the bathtub from a prior stay? I also guarantee you I smell urine in between the bathroom and the main room. I was dead tired and needed a roof but once I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the ceiling I got out and slept at a rest stop instead. It was $60, I knew better than to book it but thought I could save a buck by being cheap. DO NOT stay here if you have any self respect. What a joke I almost thought this was a prank but this hotel is like this on purpose. If anything it should be sanctioned by some inspection agency.

There was an issue with the door lock when I arrived, my husband and i notice that the door would not remain close or lock when we attempted to leave the hotel The staff did fix it by making it more difficult to open, but the situation still felt a little sketchy and did not leave me feeling completely secure. the desk was very much unstable as to where if you were to put anything on it or rest on it, it would've collapse with no pressure. there was also a hole underneath the sink that was expose to the other side of room and you can constantly hear maintenance . The hotel is inexpensive, which may be appealing if you're on a budget, but I would recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies. I've stayed in many hotels before, and this was one of the least clean experiences I've had.

Nothing. The place was filthy, there was a smell that was terrible, the air didn’t work, no smoke alarm, tv didn’t work. Absolutely fraudulent description of motel on booking.com website. The room was filthy, there was a bad odor, no working fire alarm installed in room, ironing board looked like someone was murdered on it. The other room (we rented 2) and unable to get refund. They tried to rent to another person. Plus rooms weren’t ready at arrival. First room they attempted to rent was totally not ready when check in is at 3 and you arrive after 4pm why would you rent room that isn’t cleaned. Oh yeah you don’t clean your rooms. Doors don’t shit right either. Windows were a complete mess. Travel beware.

Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty. Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast.

Good place to stay. Just that the internet password didn't work in room 124 area but everything else was ok
-
Go somewhere else. Breakfast, joke. Rock hard freezer biscuits. Watered down pancake mix. And other than 2 kinds of cereal that’s it. Door to the room from the outside had gaps and you could see through them. It’s not really worth my time time listing everything. Go somewhere else.

This hotel was terrible. Super overpriced for the quality of rooms. Floors were dirty, bedding had stains, shower curtain was molded. Staff was disrespectful.
-
I was not satisfied. The rooms were not clean. Hair in the sink, fridge was not plugged in, coverletts on top of beds were dirty, bathtub was clogged, floors were dirty, shower head sprayed everywhere.
-
Reasonably priced. The front desk were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and everything worked well.
-
Very easy check in. Quiet rooms

Nothing Nothing about this hotel was good. The rooms were overpriced for the lack of quality. Front desk was useless. Parking lot was terrible. There was no internet, the cords were unplugged for every appliance and we had to figure out what went where just to get the TV to work. The "breakfast" was cold, still raw biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, and packaged oatmeal. Chipped paint, trash, broken appliances, hair, and mold prevalent at every turn. There was also black mold and a fake eyelash (on one of the paintings) in one of the rooms. Blankets, sheets, towels, and carpet were dirty as well. They didn't offer "Do not disturb" signs for the door and didn't clean the room or replenish the towels, toilet paper, etc... I would not spend money here again and suggest nobody else does.

Air conditioning was not working. Room was HOT. No one was working the front desk in the morning. Sign on counter said to ring bell…a Ring doorbell. When asked if anyone was working the front desk, response heard on Ring was, “I am.” When lack of air conditioning was reported, staff said it was “noted”. There was a one inch gap under the door. No pole or hangers in closet to hang clothing. Shower/tub faucet handle in bathroom was just barely hanging on and breakfast seemed to consist of green apples, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, and coffee. Honestly, when I walked over to the “dining area” and saw those few things, I did not look for more. Oh, there was a fully stocked jar of cookies on the front desk counter.

The breakfast was very weak, cold cereal or waffles was about it. Police presence next morning was interesting and other guests rude and loud, that is not the motels fault and we did not report, between midnight and 3, I just wanted to sleep

Key didn’t work and we got locked out of room. No one at front desk and no one answered phone when we tried calling. Our room was not cleaned after prior guests. Very limited breakfast with spoiled milk. Not recommended. Stay at a larger chain.

They had a small breakfast out, a couple cereals, waffle maker and biscuits and gravy then milk and juice. It is family owned and I know keeping up these days is hard but I'm just glad it was only at night to sleep...also thankful to not find any bed bugs 😆 Also the highway was SO loud all night. I kept thinking our window was open.

Cheap place to sleep for a few hours. The room was tidy but had old mismatched beat up furniture. Stains on carpet and drapes. Bathtub drain was clogged so tub filled with water during shower. List free breakfast but all they had was stale cereal, biscuits and gravy that was cold in the crockpot from the day before and waffles but the batter had separated and no utensils to stir it so it poured out like milk. Also ice machine was broken.
