Great location to Fort Riley while visiting family. Clean room, attentive staff.

We normally stay at sonesta when we go to Kansas to see our son (on average we are there for 7 to 9 days equalling over $900.00 usd)that's in the army and normally no issues. This time we had a issue checking in the room, we were told that there was only one person cleaning the entire hotel so we had to wait. Then just to get a simple receipt the gentleman said he doesn't give any only Expedia does. Which that would be the case if we paid Expedia but we paid the hotel we only booked on Expedia. Here it us 19 days since our stay and still no receipt and trying to call is a joke because the same gentleman that checked us in is the same one that blows us off when we call. The BREAKFAST BUFFET consist of week old biscuits watery gravy stail hash browns really just stail tater tots rubbery eggs and yogurt that's about to expire.

Breakfast was subpar. The pool needs some work.
-
Breakfast was nice and room was very cool.
-
It was ok for the price
-
Location Food, humid pool area, coffee not fresh, no pool towels

The property was rebranded. The furniture was old and dirty. Lights in the lobby were off. The carpet through out the property was dirty. The breakfast was terribel. The powder eggs, pre packaged tailor tots were dry and cold the sausage was overcooked and cold. The front desk was always unmanned and the employee was always on his phone. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

.. they get u with a BS breakfast...... never again.......

There is no hot tub. When we came in, the guy was not attentive and kept looking around while trying to check in instead of being attentive to us. My kid said the pool had paint chips in the bottom of it and it looked as if the wall was falling apart. Breakfast, drinks kept running out since there was only one pitcher of Apple juice and one pitcher of sunny D. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t a big deal but wouldn’t book again.

Convince and location The mildew smell in the room and a staff member walking in to my room right after my shower. Stated it was an accident he didn’t know anyone was in that room.

We asked for a different room and it was much better but still not clean. There were blood stains on the carpet and significant mold behind the toilet. Even though the beds were technically comfortable, I was not comfortable enough to sleep.
-
The rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine. The sheets were dirty. The bath had black and pink mold on the walls, tub, and shower curtain. The property was falling apart and needed maintenance. The pool was falling apart with chunks of concrete scattered throughout the bottom. It also smelled of fish. The staff was hard to track down. The breakfast was stale and cold. We ended up leaving after only 3 nights of our week stay. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

Elevator was pretty dirty. It served the purpose of a nights sleep.
-
Bathroom floor was sticky with stained floors throughout the property. Pool finish was peeling with stains and cloudy water. Outdoor furniture was falling apart.

It’s not luxury, but it was really nice for an average roadside hotel option driving through Kansas. I was traveling alone and I felt safe & slept well. Only disappointment was that the fire pit was not on, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on and the staff member was busy doing things in the back, but the eating area, grounds, pool were all well maintained.

Was not what was expected. Looks better online

I normally do not submit reviews. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The lobby of the hotel is fine and the coffee is nice. My room was in need of a renovation. The mildew and rust around the shower/tub was gross and honestly is unacceptable for a hotel. I skipped a shower for this reason. The bathroom floor was dirty and poorly cleaned. The faucet was barely attached to the sink. This hotel needs to start updating rooms before it falls into disrepair.

There’s a beautiful courtyard area, but the furniture is shabby. The lobby is ample size, but things look pretty shop worn. Staff was very unfriendly. And the breakfast was about us basic as possible, and they didn’t replenish milk, food items after they ran out The room was clean, except for a really gross couch. Bed was nice and the bedding was nice. If you’re happy, just staying in your room and have everything you need there, this is the place to be.

Room was clean. The area was convenient, even a couple restaurants you could walk to.

The man at check-in desk was very rude, filthy carpets and toilet. Black mold in bathtub.
