It was close to my house. We had to be out for termite tenting. The up sale on everything. I was told a price then had to pay a $250 cleaning fee. Then, I was sent to another person, and I was forced to pay an additional $40 just to get my key. Then this person was rude when I didn't take their tour at another location???

Our stay here was very nice. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. I love that they have a bin of beach toys and chairs that you can use. It has a great location. The only down side was the employee that was rude about us parking in the reserved instead of the limited unloading. He could have explained it nicer. The mongoose situation is a little out of control as well.

Great stay. A couple of their hot tubs were down but there are 6 on the property so not the biggest deal but definitely inconvenient.

Quiet, clean, stocked well, nicely groomed landscaping , private Lanai. Nicely centralized to activities. The hot tub was small and not full enough.

The management said that even Uber sometimes has trouble finding it. The pools are small but very clean. The rooms were huge. Not at all crowded. Definitely need a car. Would definitely come back.

Nice comfortable unit. Great location. *Outside Lanais had so many ants, we weren’t comfortable sitting out there. *Our unit had a giant crack running across bedroom window. They did not notify us about this but luckily we saw upon coming up to the unit. *Lighting outside front entry wasn’t working. *More lighting needed on walkway to parking lot. Very dark. *Pushy booking presentation agent after checkin-in.

Arrived in the evening and although the front desk clerk tried to give directions to the building/room it was impossible to find. Very POOR lighting so bad I fell on the walkway! The room was clean and spacious Cute sign instructing to remove shoes but the carpet had nails that we all stepped on and cut our feet Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and the next one next to us was empty A nice complimentary Hula Show was an added plus

Unit was spacious and clean. Large complex, unable to accommodate ADA. I specified need for handicap room/shower, and was informed upon arrival that, although there are a large number of units, only 1 has a walk-in shower.
