Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village

Room was good, but they should stock the room based on the duration of stay

Property was well kept and the room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. A pool was right outside our room for easy access and even though the pool was a bit busy at times, we couldn't hear it from our rooms. We stayed in building 1 room 5. Great room and kitchen. All utensils that we needed were there. We would definitely go back to this resort in the future. My whole family enjoyed it.

Staff were very helpful and prompt. Room was very clean and nice!

Spacious apartment and perfect for our young family of 5. We had everything we needed including beach gear!! If we come to Hawaii again we will be back.

There is no parking by the room. There a central parking lot. There was underground parking that we discovered halfway through our stay but we're not told about. It may have been for owner only. This is a two level unit with the bedrooms downstairs. The washer and dryer were incredibly noisy and located right next to the bedroom. There were no chairs in the bedrooms and the second room had no television. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were close to the pool and the BBQ area. The staff were nice and friendly and we appreciated all their help. Customer service was amazing. We definitely will plan another staycation here.

Stay for 2 nights.very spacious room with full kitchen facilities.Better than my own home. More comfortable than my home. Only set back is not much supporting facilities around. The nearby shopping ctr is the only major facility nearby,has great grocery store.CVS and some restaurants - many have limited hours or not opened. No

Being hit up for timeshare right after check in. But we weren’t pressured like some places do

Clean room

It was close to my house. We had to be out for termite tenting. The up sale on everything. I was told a price then had to pay a $250 cleaning fee. Then, I was sent to another person, and I was forced to pay an additional $40 just to get my key. Then this person was rude when I didn't take their tour at another location???

Our stay here was very nice. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. I love that they have a bin of beach toys and chairs that you can use. It has a great location. The only down side was the employee that was rude about us parking in the reserved instead of the limited unloading. He could have explained it nicer. The mongoose situation is a little out of control as well.

We did not stay here it was overbooked. They moved us to another Wyndham

Beautiful Condo, great amenities, excellent and friendly staff, Definitely recommend this condo and it’s truly 5 stars.
