The property is a little old, Floor plan
-
Fun place to stay close to the Kona country club
-
Ideal point of rest for the things I wanted to do.my issues, while petty is trying to get tired people into burning 90 mins up for a timeshare for a weeks stay or 100$… that and the parking. I could only use my designated parking half the time due to maintenance.

Our two one-bedroom villas were a bit outdated.
-
Minimal amount of ADA accessible units although we requested wheelchair accessible units.

We had already spent one week with five of us in a two bedroom. Three of us stayed an additional three days in a one bedroom. It is nice and quiet with a separate balcony. My son who stayed on the couch had a separate bathroom for himself as the one bedroom had a separate bathroom with shower. Being on the third floor (top floor), we had a cathedral ceiling. We were about 20 minutes from the city of Kona, and 5 minutes from one of the two best snorkeling beaches. We were on the third floor and no elevators. We are 82 years and 78 years old, and it was a hardship to carry our luggages up to the third floor. It was much easier leaving and going down with our luggage. However, next time we will decline staying on the third floor. We are owners at the Kona Coast now for 37 years, and now have been able to go there much more often, and have added three additional nights there in the last three trips rather than going to another island.

This resort has 2 pools and jacuzzis. This is relaxing place for elderly people. The beach can’t not use for swimming.

Always love stay here the employees are very professional and super nice highly recommend if your staying in the Kona area

Dislike-thin walls/floors. It seemed like we heard every footstep of the condo above us. The main pool was loud and crazy.

The room was pretty dated. The bathroom door was hard to slide. I liked the kitchen, but there were a lot of glass dishes that I was nervous to use. Also, I baked bread, but the measuring cup was a liquid measuring cup. I wished to use regular measuring cups . We used the community hibachi which the burners weren’t all working so it took long to cook. I loved that there was parking that was right near the room, so it was easy to unpack and pack the car. Customer service was great! I honestly didn’t understand that check-in. There were 3-4 people at the counter who referred me to a guy sitting at a podium to check my name as a guest. Once he checked my name, he then sent me to the office which was a few doors down. Super friendly people in the office. She then sent me to the workers who were sitting at the front desk to give me wrist bands to access the pool and locker rooms while we wait for the room. Not sure if they all had an exclusive task to each person’s duty. I just didn’t understand the set up.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Great amenities onsite. Spacious rooms. Affordable. Everything we needed in kitchen. Nice large washer dryer in unit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Corey shared great recommendations about the local area, and while we were chatting, he even spotted a chameleon for us! He encouraged us to explore the property, and we’re so glad we did. The farm is lush with a beautiful variety of flowers and plants, making it a peaceful place to wander. Feeding the goats and chickens became one of the highlights of our trip, and collecting fresh eggs for breakfast made the experience even more special. The location was perfect—just 5 minutes from the volcano viewing area and less than 3 minutes from a fantastic local brewery with delicious pizza. Everything about our stay was relaxing, welcoming, and memorable. We highly recommend this vacation rental and would gladly stay here again. Mahalo, Julie and Corey, for making us feel so at home!
