Spacious area with respectable distance from attractions and activities. Well-maintained amenities and facilities.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We had a ground floor unit which had a great lanai with calm outdoor setting.

I reported the issue the night before, but by the following evening it still had not been resolved. From about 5–8 PM, my three children and I had to spend our vacation time looking at two other rooms. Unfortunately, both were worse — the musty smell was even stronger, they were on lower floors, and the hallways and surrounding areas looked old, poorly maintained, and unclean. A room with a strong damp, musty odor should be properly addressed before being offered to any guest. What disappointed me most was the first manager’s attitude. She argued with me, told me I was “lucky” to have our original room, and suggested that if I was unhappy, they could refund the remaining nights and we could leave and find somewhere else to stay. As a mother traveling with three children, being told this in the evening was not a reasonable or helpful solution. Thankfully, a different manager contacted me the next morning. She was much more professional, offered several options, and arranged another cleaning. I truly appreciated her effort, although the musty smell returned shortly afterward. The resort itself has many nice features and our original room had a beautiful view, but the moisture/musty odor, maintenance issues, and especially the way the first manager handled our concerns made this stay very disappointing.

Kids loved the pool, hot tub was great too. Room was spacious. The odd insect (yellowjacket wasp, cockroach), but to be expected in a tropical place. Kids activity (flower painting) was great, and we go cherry pineapple popsicles after. We will definitely go back again!

Never a disappointment! I stay at this same resort every year, sometimes twice a year. The condos are always clean, no funky odors, well maintained, clean linens and mattresses. The kitchens are well stocked with cooking utensils and the refrigerator and freezer always look and smell clean.

Spacious accommodations. Really enjoyed the quiet pool.

Location and great property

Everything was excellent! The only downside is that there isn’t direct beach access. Other than that, it’s a great hotel, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful. The views were awesome and the location was not too far from town! I definitely recommend.

Room and kitchen was clean and family friendly. Staff at checking was not very detailed about air conditioning fee upon arrival. I had to call and find out what the fees were for using the air conditioning.
