Hilton Garden Inn Kalamazoo

Paying $20 per day for parking in the parking structure across the street the walking across the 2nd floor crossover seemed a bit much. Otherwise great property. Lobby was really nice with the bar and ability to order food.

room was prepared with great care.....breakfast setting done with awesome presentation....all staff were very helpful to make your stay memorable

We have stayed here twice and the staff, cleanliness, hotel ambiance and amenities are excellent. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff is working hard to keep food refreshed and they were very pleasant. The hotel and eating areas are nicely decorated and comfortable too. We are happy to have found this hotel for when we visit family in Kalamazoo.

I was in a room & a person with a dog with separation anxiety was next door. Constant whimpering & barking ALLL NIGHT. Then at 4am 3 loud women talking right next to the door that would connect rooms. It was a nice room. I am very upset about paying for a room where sleeping is impossible. Told the front desk & he says "thats an old man in that room" OH OKAY what does that have to do with anything???....🙄 Def wont be returning or recommending.

While the hotel was clean, the beds were pretty old and terribly uncomfortable (three age ranges of guests). We had a rough time reaching front desk staff in the evening for a question. For the rate we paid for a one night stay, the pain today after sleeping in the beds was not worth it.

Parking is located in a parking garage across the street from hotel. I was traveling alone and returning to hotel late on a Friday night. I did not feel safe parking in the garage and walking to hotel.

Hotel was in a wonderful location, rooms well appointed and clean. My husband and I had a wonderful stay!

I loved the check in process was easy. The staff were friendly and the deposit wasn’t outrageous. To top it off, they validate the parking. Now that I have a kid moving here, I’ll be staying here for every trip!

The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint is the pools area need to be more maintained. I was also under the understanding that they had a free breakfast for guest.
