Great stay, close to the college, and short drive from the airport. Clean rooms, great staff, good location. Would stay again no doubt. Breakfast was included.
-
Very helpful staff. Very clean property and room. Great breakfast.
-
Clean room and polite staff

The property was right where I wanted to be. No parking garage. The pillows on our bed were long over due to be thrown out. The coffee pot had water stains and mildew and was unusable
-
The visit was short and sweet

There were a ton of homeless people outside the building, but the security measures were very strong and the facilities were extremely clean and safe. The parking was additional which was frustrating. Otherwise the staff and amenities were stellar.
-
Pretty good stay overall even though the parking was $20 a night

I gave a bad review because they were doing work in the area and when I checked in they said that the power might go out for a half hour or hour. They then gave a time at 8 in the evening so I made sure to leave the hotel at that time because who wants to sit in a dark hotel. I left so I don't know if the power went out or no, but then they said later that evening that the power was going to go out at 8am. I was going to work from my room so I made sure to plan around it, but then when I get back to the room at 9, they made an announcement that it was going to be going out at 10am.. I packed my stuff and left so that I could find a place where I could work uninterrupted.

Breakfast was above average for a hotel at this price point. The price could have been better, but just nothing to complain about. I would stay there again.

I didnt care the breakfast

The room was terrific and very clean. We were on the end unit and there was construction nearby. The street noise and construction woke us up several times during the night. Parking was an additional charge and several blocks away which was not noted when we booked the room however we will book this hotel again when in the area.

Clean and large room Breakfast very small, crowded and no good selection, food was cold too. There are no signs to go to Parking sky bridge , we had to walk outside with our bags because we were not sure where to go

We arrived late in the evening. When we went to the desk we were told that they overbooked and we would need to walk down the hall to the adjoining sister hotel but we would have the same room. Went to the other desk, checked in and went up to the room, only to find it was not the same room and only had two beds for six people, which is NOT what we reserved. When I went down to the desk to inquire if we had the wrong room, I was told “Oh yeah it’s because we overbooked. “. Like that was supposed to be an okay explanation. I explained that that was not my issue. He then issued us a second room, which was fine but not what we reserved or wanted.

Great property, clean, friendly staff, great location, love the breakfast, great parking, I will be back
-
No issues. Had to pay for parking with caught me by surprise
-
I liked the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Coffee that was available. The breakfast was a nice start to your day as well. A great place for families with kids. I would stay here again.

Jeremy should be given a raise and a half. He's incredibly helpful AND professional. We've stayed here multiple times and Love the location.

Took 20 minutes to get hot water for showers. There was no hand soap or ice bucket in the room. Housekeeping didn’t empty garbage until I complained. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.
-
This room was amazing- much more than I expected. Very quiet and clean. Great choice!

Smelled like heavy perfume to cover the weed and wet dog smell. Breakfast was not good and they were running out of everything, including coffee. Had a kids birthday party across the hall from us and when we left that morning there was a trail of spilled cake to the elevator - I’m surprised they allowed this for the pool use.
