Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

Very clean, friendly helpful staff , but bathrooms had no vent and a 1 ply toilet paper. For the cost of the night I expected better

The location was amazing, with convenient access to restaurants, Starbucks, and other nearby attractions. The parking was easy and hassle-free, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about my stay was wonderful. From the accommodations to the service and surrounding amenities, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was so clean and the staff were so helpful always my entire stay also the valet parking employees always you all was the best would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone breakfast was so good also will be staying again in the future

It would be nice to have a map of where ice, the pool and other amenities are located. The slamming of the doors all night and early morningwas awful. The parking should be included in the ridiculous room fee. I will be choosing differently next year.

Every staff member I encounter was very polite. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The valet attendants were all very patient and friendly. The housekeeper was really nice.

A great spot. The room was huge as was the bathroom. Everything was spacious and the hotels and bars on site were great. Good food and drinks. Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like the bathroom it was way to small and you could hear everything next door

Our room was beautiful as was the entire hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at Brick and Brine for our anniversary and they made it very special for us. Would definitely go back again.

Great location downtown. Nearby many restaurants, bars and shops. The fitness center is a nice amenity. It is quite large with many cardio and strength training equipment available.

Everyone was friendly & professional. Room nice snd clean. Felt really secure.
