Cheree was at the desk when we checked in. We have never had a more helpful, congenial, and knowledgeable staff member in all our travels.

room beds dirty , room smelled nasty when walked in, fridge and stove was dirty. and my 1 year olds feet were black from walking inside of the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood. Upon arrival I learned the property had oversold the rooms and there were no longer any more suites that we booked available. We were upgraded to two king suites with adjoining doors, which was perfect! The property also did not charge us for the pet fee for bringing our furry family member. My boys enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Great stay and the perfect place to wind down our summer break.

Stayed for several nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Cookies were warm and tasty.

Property was nice, rooms were spacious and clean, the setup of the suites was so helpful for our family of five, and the front desk staff were phenomenal and so friendly. We will definitely come back.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip. Very spacious, clean, with great amenities. My only feedback is that housekeeping did not clean every other day as promised.

It’s starting to show it wear!

It would have been fine but the experience ruined it. Stayed 06/22-06/24. Staff was informed immediately AC in living room didn't work. We unloaded everything. Called originally they hung up. Stated to use the room AC to cool down the living room space. I waited to see if they lost connection. No call back. Went down. Said it is staying 71-72. They just said ya it does that sometimes. No urgency, no let's fix it, if I was a more vocal person I would have been way more assertive. I think I was exhausted from travel and just in shock. Maybe they were mad I got it through third party. $478 for that? Breakfast included pulled pork. Bit down on a bone. Lost my appetite. Didn't eat the next day. Pool was fine. Looks were fine. Not enough towels or garbage bags for two nights. That falls on me I could have asked. Just really disappointed.

Only drawbacks The toilet paper roller broke off the wall first day of three. Through the chat, he said that maintenance was let known of the issue but (this was Thursday during the day) by Sunday, no one came or asked us anything more Coffee wasn’t really hot. Need better containers to keep coffee in. Even after making fresh pot, barely stayed hot Beds were super comfortable A lot of construction out our window so lots of beeping back in the early am Shower water wasn’t very strong The sink water wasn’t very strong either The blow dryer handle was broken and I would have called front desk but was in a rush The ironing board was all burnt up and the iron had burned material on it which made it unusable I could have called, but based off the toilet roll holder , I didn’t think it would matter much Tv was amazing. Perfectly came out to over the bed. Nice touch!

The staff was friendly but our A/C didn’t esp second day a guy came to fix it, but when we got back it was doing the same thing. Also on carpet next to bed there was what looked like vomit that perhaps was wiped by a towel but never cleaned by hotel. They also never cleaned our room in the 3 days we were there. We had to ask for towels.

Rooms are just a bit dated. The fold out couch not super comfortable. Overall the room was nice and comfortable. Large enough for all 4. Hotel was quiet. Lots in the area. Front staff was amazing. We did not use the pool or weight room but they looked nice. Cute outdoor seating area with basketball court and grills. Large area for the free breakfast.

After all the hassle with Alyssa Lovely and Booking. Com.....nothing! The room was filthy. We needed an extra clean room due to asthmatic son and Was told the housekeeper was one who did a thorough job so there should be no issues but was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Started requesting a clean room 22 days prior. The dining chairs need to be thrown away. They are terrible due to the material. It was broken down and got everywhere. Couldn't sit on them without towels . Many things very outdated. TERRIBLE!

We have an event yearly and will always stay here. Always very clean and staff are great.

This has become our go to spot when we need to get away for a night. The rooms are big and the kids love the pool and hot tub. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating for the continental breakfast. We always enjoy our stay.

My room was comfortable and the location of the property was convenient.

Staff EXTREMELY RUDE when called for information about late check in.
