The hotel was decent inside. Checked in and the lady at the counter was a little rude. Got to our room and was surprised that it was clean and nice. The problem was the toilet didn't really flush and the hotel knew about before renting me the room. At 9 am a worker arrived asking to work on our toilet. Well I had not told anyone that the toilet was messed up. I brought this to the attention of the front desk when leaving. They didn't want to hear it

Housekeeping was good, trying to keep up with the volume. Restaurant was closed to due to cook illness. Computers were up/down and slow during check in resulting in a very long line at check in but the two front desk agents were working hard to do everything they could to get guests checked in as quickly as the computers would cooperate, and both were nice, friendly under pressure. Overall the stay was fine, the hotel is old but pretty well maintained. If you're traveling for games, probably the best option.

We were able to walk across the street with police escort to the baseball stadium - great location! The room was nice and clean although we did not have maid service following the 3 nights we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, The breakfast bar offered a lot of choices and was kept clean and stocked.

Great reception staffer; but older, run down room and building.

Cons-room with 2 queen beds was very small for 4 people, the beds almost touched the walls and very little walking room. Aside from 2 gas stations and a Taco Bell, there is nothing else around the hotel. Not a pretty area. I would stay again for the stadiums but would go elsewhere for the other nights.

The biggest downside was the **air conditioning** – it had a very unpleasant, musty odor that spread throughout the room as soon as we turned it on. We had to keep it off most of the time, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was also problematic. The extractor fan (ventilation) wasn’t working at all, so it didn’t suck out any steam. After showering, the bathroom stayed foggy and humid for a long time, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the **parking** was good – spacious, secure, and convenient. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its **excellent location**, very close to the stadium. That was a huge plus for us, especially on match day – we could walk there in just a few minutes. Overall, the hotel has a great location and decent parking, but the issues with the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation significantly affected our comfort. I would only recommend it if you’re primarily looking for proximity to the stadium and don’t mind overlooking some maintenance problems.

A little run down but great stay. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful and seem to enjoy their work. Positive vibes all around.

Everything was perfect.

The lady working the desk both nights, I believe her name is NaNa, was WONDERFUL!! She was so friendly and helpful. She was always smiling and upbeat! I would come back just to see her!
-
The is clean and well maintained. The building itself is a little dated, but they've done a good job of keeping it in good shape. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. More like what you get at a restaurant and much better than you get at most hotels that include breakfast.
-
Convenience to the stadium I didn’t like that they allow pets and in the next room over there was dogs barking all day all night. That was very annoying.
-
Very helpful staff.

IT'S all about your money and my money, when there's is no issue everyone is happy but when there's an issue, they just want your money, nothing to do with costumer service.

Excellent breakfast buffet

Front destination lady who helped check me in was amazing and funny. Made the check in process very easy. The smell of the entrance. No offense but that smell you guys have in there reminds me of a Porta-potty. And mix with the heart from the outside. Not very pleasing to walk into. But once in the lobby its fine.

The property appears updated. It’s very clean and smells nice. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom looks newly tiled. The indoor pool was great! It was quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet had many delicious food options. There were plenty of parking spots but a lot of them were far away from the one entrance.

The breakfast was great. Hotel = you pay for what you get.

Staff very very very nice. Lorraine in the bar was amazing. And the lady at front desk was great. I just can’t remember her name. She was a very nice and pretty black lady. We had a great time. Will be back. Very easy walk to stadiums. Great weekend with baseball and World Cup.
