Friendly & helpful staff. Clean room & up kept property. Will stay again if in KC.

Excellent accommodations.

Very relaxed and quiet place. Staff is respectful and nice. Breakfast is okay. I’ve stayed multiple times myself and overall I highly recommend the stay.

My family and I had an excellent stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the most part the property was maintained and well-kept. As others have mentioned, the parking lot as you pull into the property is a bit sketchy, and the hallways had some carpeting that could be updated, but our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and not unlike most other hotel breakfasts. We loved the proximity to the Royals ballpark as we were able to make the short 10 minute walk to the game and save some $ by not having to park at the ballpark. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Our room was dirty, there were strands of hairs in each bed under the covers . There was a French fry on the floor next to the bed. It seemed like it wasnt even vacuumed. The tile floors were sticky and gross. There were dirty spots on chair cushion. The pool was however clean and nice. Overall, unless there are upgrades, we will probably not be back.

Great hotel. It was incredibly close to the KC Sports complex. I was able to walk to the Royals game. The hotel breakfast was amazing. Room was super cold and clean. I would 100% stay here again if I stop in KC again

Housekeeping never came by to clean room or refresh linens and towels . Pool was ok but no towels stocked in the bin to dry off with . We had our bathroom light bulb was burned out told the front desk at415 pm . Was not changed until about 1115 pm seven hours later . Making us have to go to bathroom in dark and delay for my son to shower and get to bed on time . The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable.

Clean and convenient breakfast, dining room staff spoke No English.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. My room was really clean and well maintained. Glad I picked this hotel.

Everything was as stated. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great. Good location. Didn’t realize how close it was to the stadium. Close to local attractions and restaurants. A good 4/5 rating.

Mattress was stain, people yelling and fighting you could hear everything through the walls. Floors were sticky

Breakfast was quite good but didn't open on time.

The pool should open earlier 10am. Maintenance should be able to be performed asap not whenever. The light bulb blew out in the bathroom the evening before our checkout. We just had to deal with it until checkout. No air vent is in the adjoining room and had to keep the door open to the living space for air.

New room. Broken coffee maker and no body wash in the shower. Informed them about this at 10:00 am. They said they would take care of it. 12 hours later when we returned, still no body wash and broken coffee maker. The pictures on their website is like girls posting with filters on social media. 100% different in person then what you see in the pictures.

Hotel Lotus was a great respite after many hours on the road. Right off art 70, it was easy to find. Check in was smooth (they are pet-friendly!) and the place looked like it had former grandeur. The room was large and well-appointed. Some upgrades were visible. Beds - very comfortable and 4 pillows per queen bed! Shower had good pressure. Fridge and microwave in the room. Would recommend.
