Extended Stay America Select Suites - Kansas City - Stadium

If you’re just looking for somewhere to stay, not bad stayed worse.. place wasn’t clean.. if u can find somewhere else would recommend

There were no pillows on one of the beds. The floors were filthy and no amenities such as coffee maker, glasses, dishes, paper towels, wash clothes or any other items that normally have been found in extended stay facilities. The air conditioner worked well, but the room did not smell clean at all. No Kleenex or soap or toilet paper.

First thing was all the loitering around the property. Smelled like pot when you walked in. No shampoo soap or anything in the room. I wouldn’t recommend anybody I know to stay at this place. Staff was rude.

Nothing Room was not cleaned. Walked in to trash filth and blood on bedsheets.

The place was so dirty we had to clean it before we could do anything the smell was so bad it smelled of urine and feces there was homeless and people doing drugs everywhere the beds were like sleeping on rocks dresser was falling apart A/C worked when it wanted got woke up almost every morning to screaming and yelling. Someone's dog kept peeing in the elevator. I couldn't walk my puppy because I was afraid she would step on needles or glass. Some of the staff was nice some of them rude.. the laundry room was gross the machines has green sludge in them.

Rooms were clean though, there were great amenities, and the attendant was very kind to warn about nightly fireworks at the time in advance.

No amenities AT ALL 1 vending machine for 4 floors all bottled water empty no ice machines no breakfast offered no signs to get there no managers at 9 am when trying to check out. No swimming no no extras at all charged for any extra towels

The staff This property was dirty inside and out!! It claimed no smoking ( which is why I wanted to stay) and you walk in and all you smell is pot and cigarettes!!!!!! When we went to our room that was $134.00 and I looked around it was NASTY!!! But being 3 hours from home we had no other option !!! The bed was nothing but springs!! There was hair in the bath tub there was hair around the toilet!! There was hair in the drain and I do understand some times they get missed but this is just laziness!!! We have stayed all over this country while traveling for work and this was the nastiest hotel /extended stay we have ever stayed in!! I was up most of the night because the people in the next room was smoking so much pot the smell was so bad!!! As we was walking to our room they had their door open just smoking away!! We got back around 11pm !!!

Elevators were not working. Loud rooms near the freeway hard to get any sleep. On too of that there were random sttangers knocking at the door at 2 AM. Did not feel safe at all. Would never stay again!!

Rooms were not clean and bed sheets had cigarettes holes. Requested to change the bedsheets but never was chnaged. Also we had booked an room with pullout couch but when we got to the room couch was not even in the room.

Worst booking so far, they overbooked the hotel so basically when we arrived the lady (who was decently nice) told us sorry we overbooked you don't have a room. Facility look sketchy... a lady arrived to the front desk saying she was just doing her hair and someone stole her car plate... Will not recommend to stay there.
