Extended Stay America Select Suites - Kansas City - Stadium

Rooms were not clean and bed sheets had cigarettes holes. Requested to change the bedsheets but never was chnaged. Also we had booked an room with pullout couch but when we got to the room couch was not even in the room.

Stayed to be close enough to the stadium to walk. Room smelled of old smoke, hallways of weed. There was a large bug in the room. No remote for the TV, had to go back to the desk and ask for one. Has kitchenette, but no dishes. Made me want to spend more money to stay somewhere else.

The plumbing was messing up in the bathroom. Every time the toilet would flush, there was water coming up through the floorboards, and there was nobody to inform.

It’s not clean at all. They’re not able to even to do the service between nights. We didn’t like anything I’m not recommending for anyone

The staff were friendly and helpful, as soon as we walked in we noticed the smell of cigarettes and something also, didn’t have enough towels and no toiletries, property is very outdated!

There are not any plastic cups or glass at the bath or room, and we need to cut some water bottle in the half to use a plastic cup.

It was close to Kaufman Stadium in Kansas City MO Overall the place was not clean and all throughout were unpleasant odors.

Our room was disgusting. Stuff all over the walls. My shoes stuck to the floor. The whole hotel smells.

I enjoyed the view of the stadiums! The pricing was reasonable. Unclean, unkempt, you can smell smoke throughout the facility.

Nothing I will never let y'all pick the hotel for me again. Yes everything if I could have got my money back I would had slept in my van.

Bait and switch is all I’ll say. Shoot they even charge for the towels. Pick somewhere else.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It appears the property is undergoing upgrades, as maintenance crews were working in the rooms during my stay. The hallways had noticeable cigarette and marijuana odors. I also noticed the pet policy has changed, and pets are no longer allowed. The room was in below‑average condition, with no trash cans and visible stains on the walls. The location is convenient for attending sporting events. With continued maintenance and cleaning, the property has potential to improve.

Closeness to stadium Pot smell, not clean, full size bed instead of a queen.

Location was good and room was good. We got locked out of our room late at night and had to wait about 30 minutes for the night staff to make new room keys. There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose

The property was more like a slumlord apartment complex than a corporate business. There was no comforter on the bed just a blanket with a large bleach stain the should’ve thrown away a long time ago (my opinion) so I decided to sit in the chair only see a large white stain. Which my was cue to exit and request a refund just to make it to the lobby where 10 other guests were doing the same thing
