No outlets worked. Ac was broken. Toilet over flowed in the middle of the night. Found condom wrappers while looking for an outlet that worked. The front desk guy ( owners brother i believe) is super unprofessional. Stole my deposit, said the room smelled if smoke. ( lies ) Had to go back, & speak to someone else to get my deposit back, who then told me, she doesnt know why he kept my deposit. Im a frequent client, but after this stay I will never go back.

Good value and exceptional hospitality.

The woman who checked us in was exceptionally kind. Helped us with our luggage, getting us a cart and up to our room. So sweet. We slept well and were comfortable. Stairs!! But, I didn’t realize there was no elevator. Have bad knees and back. But we managed.

The stuff in location I don't really try to put in an effort to take care of some of the rooms lots of holes in the wall

Staff was super friendly checking in and out. Parking was good, plenty of room.

The room was really clean with no lingering cleaner odor. The sheets were clean and there was good supply of hot water in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that there were not a lot of wasteful items like little shampoos and that sort of thing. It is a motel with door facing outside, the dead bolt was missing. The smoke detector was in a drawer. The sink faucet only produced cold water. And the walls are very good at transmitting sounds. The sheets and blanket were not quite enough to be warm. When I doubled them over, they were perfect.

Basic motel if you need a quick place to sleep. No breakfast but polite staff

I don’t usually take the time to review properties but the fact is I have driven 1800 miles, from Colorado, Mexico to Seattle and I have not come across a friendlier hotel staff. Every single individual I met with who worked at the front desk was incredibly kind and genuine throughout all interactions. Thanks you for everything!

A rare find: two chairs and a dining table!

The initial value was good, but then the clerk took down my credit card information in a manner which was suspicious. He was too verbose. The maid woke me up. I booked the hotel room so that I could sleep which was the only reason why I was there. The hotel also had the “hidden network” problem. Voyeurs often use in wall WiFi enabled devices to spy on guests.

When I made the arrangements I called the motel and the woman I spoke to was very kind and helpful as was the lady at the front desk when we arrived. They both treated me as if they truly cared! Great customer service! It was an older facility but everything was tidy.

We were extremely pleasantly surprised by how nice and spacious the room was, especially since this was the cheapest option to stay at in kelso that we could find. The staff were extremely nice and professional. Toilets were clean and there was a nice big sink which made it very convenient for us to get ready at the same time. hairdryer in my room wasn't working but that was only a small issue

I liked the value for money. This is an older property but my room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and I slept well. The property is a little off the main routes yet still close enough to the centre of town and to the freeway.

Placement of beds were laid out so you could not walk around The air/heat unit was very noisy. Shower leaked water all over the floor Non working ice machine Too much money

Parking was great. Clean room miss Selina front clerk was so helpful, kind hospitality she was amazing. Thank yo Selina.

Not very up to date and the room has an odor.

The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door. Standard fast food franchises were available a short distance from the hotel.

I like how fast, how happy and how wonderful your employees and boss are. Your hotel is the best and I'm very happy and pleased with their prices. My son and I are very blessed to have rented a room for almost 3 nights now. Thank you so much. The chair that my guy friend who is kinda on the small size barely sat on chair and all 4 legs on the wooden chair gave out and he hit his head pretty hard on wall and floor. He just sat down barely sitting and boom oh f*ck. We brought the chair down after like a few minutes of it happening and talked to the young guy at the front desk and he said he would log it in and down. We have always respected and never done any damage to any property. Just saying.
