Sleep Inn Kelso Longview

Everything about our stay was excellent. The only suggestion for improvement would be larger signage to direct drivers to the hotel entrance as I had difficulty finding it.

Our room was nice, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Good location , convenient to Interstate but quiet . Good value for the cost.

It was comfortable and clean

This hotel gets good grades except for ONE! and it's enough that it goes in my review! It was the loudest , noisiest place I've ever tried to sleep! The long term construction workers would come in loud and hard between 1130pm-3:30am. Banging doors, talking loudly, thumping on the floor. Just not considerate! Then every morning a car would pull up at 5 am with its loud thumping music sit outside our window waiting for a young girl to pick up and drive away!! Inconsiderate again. And a little questionable!! We were there 3 nights. Hotel defense my husband would not call the desk to speak to anyone, so HE Deserved not to sleep...when I tried to call he got mad, so by the end of three nights. I'm tired and grumpy !!

The room was very clean. The desk clerk polite and helpful. It is very close to places to eat and shop.

Add hangers to room 200. No place to hang your coat or shirts or pants.

As a hotel should be.

Wonderfully clean - amazing staff and great little breakfast. Couldn't ask for more! We totally be back next year when I come down to hike the Mountain.

Only gripe is that there were no towel hooks in the bathroom on which to hang wet towels. Good place. I'll be back.

Staff was so helpful and cheerful. Aubrey (I think I have that correct) when checking us in was excellent, cheerful and helpful. Every person that we interacted with at the hotel was that way, very nice staff. Clean and comfortable.

Front desk provides excellent service as usual, great team and hotel

The rooms were updated and the bed and pillows were comfy. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool. Breakfast was pretty standard, not a lot of options but still good for a breakfast included with the stay. Thin walls of the hotel, our neighbors were very disrespectful of quiet time and had music blasting so loud that you could hear it through the hallway and into our room. Other than the other guests the stay was relaxing. I do wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, especially the sink area there was not a lot of room for toiletries.

No Workout Room... Thats It. Everything Else Was Above and Beyond.

Very friendly and helpful front desk clerk, he was absolutely amazing. Hotel has great amenities and is extremely clean. Beds are comfy and room was quiet. Would definitely recommend

Very Clean room . Very nice staff.

It is what it is, but for what it is, it's a bit sub-par. Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough, but our room was lit up brightly by a million parking lot lights and a too short curtain. Other customers were blaring music until well past midnight (which you can't really blame mgmt for, I guess), and in a presumably empty room nearby, an alarm was going off (like a prior patron set up a wake up alarm on the bedside clock) and went off until someone turned it off around 8 am the next morning. To be fair, we didn't call down to complain about the music or alarm. Breakfast would have gotten a "better than most" but the waffle batter was liquid and the wrong color, which was disappointing. If it had been half the price, I would have given more stars, but for $178, it was disappointing.

Clean, amazing customer service

Great location off of the expressway. Close to restaurants. Clean rooms and common areas. Loved the baked cookies and have a 24 hour coffee bar. Also loved the iced coffee option. Nothing to not like
