We walked in, and no one was at the desk to check us in. Finally after about 10 minutes of my son and I standing there, a woman who was playing cards at a nearby table got up and checked us in after watching us the entire time. The next morning we came to the breakfast room at 6:30 and there was hardly any food, so we left.

Staff was very nice but there was a huge noisy group of people there that took over the entire lobby and pool. They were drinking and leaving trash everywhere. None of the other guests could enjoy the amenities because they had completely taken over and the staff was not regulating the situation.

The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. Providing shower shampoo was a plus, but the dispenser was attached to the wall outside of the shower which was not reachable from inside the shower. It needs a different location. Also, the sink did not have a stopper, It needs a modern push down stopper. On the plus side, the breakfast was well stocked and attended. And..........kudos to the friendly staff.

Quiet, clean, very friendly & professional staff.. truly enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping was amazing & very friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Where to start. We changed rooms three times. The first room was occupied by a naked man. The second room had dirty bedding and no remote for the tv. The last room’s tv didn’t work and the toilet would not stop running. I had to fix the tv.

There was trash left in my room and the bed wasn’t made properly. The room also smelled like cigarettes. The staff was friendly which is why they get an extra star.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The property is a little worn but basically in good operational shape. We would stay here again.

I'd say the room was good had great lighting and they had a business center The staff and the fact that they rob me . I'm sorry but I only paid $90 for the room then they charge me $250 plus the $90 because she said I got the linen dirty . The only thing I did was wash my face so if there's a little makeup on the towels. They need to know how to do their jobs or higher better house cleaners. There's stain remover vinegar bleach ! that's what housekeeping and laundry is for ! it doesn't cost $250 for new towels especially when the rooms the only 90 dollars. So where did my money go? I asked them kindly could you please send me pictures. so I can see you the damages that would justify me having to pay $250! and let me see the policy so I know you have some sort of right to just take money out of my account after I leave and I asked thim can you please show me a detailed receipt of where this money is going ! no response it's been 2 weeks I still haven't got my money back ! they're going to get a lot of bad reviews form me because $250 unacceptable for a couple towels!
