Full price for the room. So be careful and check your account to make sure you were not double charged if we did not check we would have never known. They did make it right and refun but could never provide proof of refund… so we will see if we get refunded for our overcharge. So just be cautious other than that it was good.

Property is dated. Room was dark and lighting was poor. There was a musty odor to the room. Was clean and was adequate for the one night stay.

The air conditioner in the room was prehistoric and was very loud. Other than that it was fine.

Brad at the front desk was very friendly and gave us AMAZING advice for our visit to Mount Rainier! Without his advice, our trip may not have been as enjoyable as it was! Thank you to the staff for all of their care and attention!

Was not my first selection and wish I would have selected a different hotel. Very dated. Staff was great and very helpful but the hotel itself was in rough shape. Carpet in the room was dirty and felt sticky. We had a bug, silverfish, in our room. Went for breakfast 30 minutes before it was done being served and there wasn’t anything left. A comment was made by the staff that I need to give detail of my vehicle so no one would do anything to it. What does that mean?

Elevator was broken, so luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, good breakfast.

The room was ok in need of a little repairs. The staff was great and made me feel very welcome. And the full Breakfast was great. But for the price you can’t beat it.

Exceptional, a good variety of food offered. The recycle bins were covered up.

The room was clean and nice. Had very easy access for my partner. Who is recon from open heart surgery. Close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.
