It’s a good place if you need a one night stay. Clean rooms and the front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. The location was the major reason for our visit.

I stayed for one night on a road trip as a solo woman. I would have preferred a room on the second floor, but instead mine was right at the base of the stairwell, so I had people coming and going past my door through the evening. I had to close my blinds for privacy which wasn’t a big deal. I could have asked for another room but couldn’t be bothered. The room was clean and adequate though a little dated. It smelled very strongly of cleaning products. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before I left. The staff were super helpful and lovely. Overall it was a decent place but I likely wouldn’t stay there again as I prefer 4-5 star hotels (this was booked very last minute and my choices were next to none).

Great location, comfortable room and welcoming staff make this a gem if you are looking to be near Dock Square. Property was well maintained, had great communal outdoor space and was within walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a nice addition. We would stay here again.
