Kings Port Inn

The property fits into the location, beautifully, yet is rather modern inside. Our room was very spacious. The property is centrally located, and the staff gave great recommendations for the different types of food available close by. Will definitely stay there next time I’m in the area.

The location of Kings Port Inn is fantastic. But that’s really the only positive I can say. We paid over $500 for one night and it was essentially a glorified motel. The room and bathroom were both extremely small and cramped. Beds were not comfortable. The worst part was how incredibly thin the walls were. All night you could hear literally everything. The people in the room above us stomped incessantly for hours. We were offered another room but it was only a king bed and a twin pull out and there were four of us. Furthermore, while the breakfast was free it was not good. Bare minimum. I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially not at the price we paid.

Room was super clean, cute and comfortable. Loved the convenience of being downtown. Overall, great place and would go back.

I did not realize we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to our room when I booked the room. Maybe it was disclosed in the description and I missed it but there are no elevators at this property. Other than that this place was great- will stay there again!

The Kings Inn is conveniently located. Really great to be able to walk everywhere. Staff were extremely helpful. Was a lovely place for a lovely location.

What an amazing place! Every staff member was awesome!

The staff went above and beyond for my stay. The hotel was charming and very clean. Easy walk over the bridge to all the local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and the waffle fantastic which was included in the stay. We will definitely be back.

Close to everything in both towns

This was our fourth stay at the Kingsport Inn and as usual it did not disappoint. The Inn is always clean and well maintained and the staff cheerful and engaging. This coupled with the attractive pricing make it out go to location for our Kenmebunkport trips.

Excellent breakfast, Linda is warm and welcoming, front desk was always with a smile. Comfortable bed, amazing tub and showers. Definitely want to return. Adequate parking.

Highlight that

The breakfast was lovely - waffles, fruit, toast, etc. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. We parked our car and walked everywhere.

The king mattress and king size pillows were so comfortable I wanted to buy them! Lol The breakfast was limited. We wound up going to the Maine Diner so there are always other options.

Check in was super simple and smooth. We loved the breakfast. Waffles were freshly made and sooo good. Check was just as smooth and pleasant. The location of the inn was absolutely perfect! Guests should be told ahead of time about the $20 incidental fee,that I hope will be returned. Also the menu channel on the tv-30.1-so you don't have to flip through them all and take notes of the channels you like. I really wish the room had room darkening curtains or shades. Facing the street, our room was illuminated each and all night. We also took the comforter off the bed the second night. With every movement it sounded like loud paper crackling. It woke us up alot. Also, I wish there was a door or curtain blocking the sink area from the rest of the room. I get up early and sat in the dark till my husband woke up.
