We didn’t like because we arrived late. Our flight got delayed; we couldn’t get in to our room. Had to call an emergency number for someone to tell us where our room key was going to be.

Great Location Coffee and breakfast were supposed to b out at 10 and in 2 days this never happened. Not even close! Room was small but nice. My wife found the AC very loud and strong air blowing right on her while sleeping

The food was excellent at the restaurant!

Location on the water was lovely Due to the nature of being an old building, the floors/stairs were quite creaky and noises easily transferred.
-
The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating— especially when it came to navigating parking in the busy lot! Only one small comment: the air conditioner in room 3 sounds like a jet engine, but it did keep the room nice and cold!!

We really enjoyed the property, though elevators would have helped. Also, bathrooms were very tiny.

The location was great! Restaurant was nice!

1) mirrors in the rooms - there was only one mirror in the bathroom. The room needs a full length mirror or at least another mirror in the actual room. 2) outlets - the rooms had very limited outlets and the outlets that were there were already occupied by lamps/tv/fridge. When you needed an outlet to charge your phone or iron you needed to unplug the lamp and then it was dark. 3) stairs - something I could have missed when booking but the wharf rooms have a flight of stairs. We stayed on the second floor so needed to carry all the luggage up two flights of stairs, this was an inconvenience.

We were moved into the main building, without extra charge. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent dinner. Terrific location. Would definitely recommend it. Breakfast a little disappointing.

I loved the location and the staff was excellent. Continental breakfast was good and we ate at their restaurant the first night and that was very good. Staff were wonderful throughout the whole stay. We were celebrating my birthday and cookies and bottle of wine waiting in my room, which was a nice surprise. Property is older but very clean and well kept up.

Though Kennebunkport would not be my first choice during busy tourist times, I liked the location during mid-April. The room was very clean and well-appointed. As noted in other reviews, the annex rooms are louder, as it is an older building. Earplugs were essential the first night, when the rooms were full, but it was quieter the next few nights due to fewer guests. The wicker chairs in the room were both uncomfortable and impractical (impossible to really deep clean). And the noise, which was expected in the annex as an older building, was at times annoying, but again, expected. A white noise machine may be a good call.

A very nice complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed it very much . Staff was great

Since it was off season, there was only staff until 4:00pm so it was lucky that I got there before that time. Very comfortable accommodation!

In the heart of downtown Kennebunkport and close to everything. No staff at the hotel after about 3:45. We stayed here to eat at the restaurant but it was not open the night we stayed.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The coffee cake was so amazingly moist. Nothing
-
Continental Breakfast was ok. Room could use some attention. There is no one at the front desk after 4PM and no one was there when we left at 9AM.
