Grand Hotel

There is not much service here, card reader would not let me in and fortunately I could go through the restaurant even though they were closed. Because desk not manned after hours. Card worked earlier but not later when came back to hotel.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay. Staff was helpful, the room was very clean. Just be aware this inn is on the main street and is quite noisy early in the morning. Otherwise perfect!

Room was very nice. Not very big but they made great use of the space. Very “homey” and comfortable. Staff was always helpful but front desk hours only go until 400 pm. Location is great, walking distance to many places. Parking is an issue when they are sold out.

The Grand Hotel is truly a great grand & the location is in the heart of town. They have parking available which is a huge plus. Shopping & restaurants are all within walking distance or you can sign out their complimentary bikes to tour the area. Our room was excellent with the balcony & heated bathroom floor amazing!

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for anyone interested in a boutique hotel

We came during off season. Furniture was stained (room chairs, comforter) and didn't see any staff at all. It was okay but thought it was going to be more upscale than it was based on the pictures. The location is amazing though.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and up to date and the location was wonderful. However, the room was extremely small.

Perfect spot for an off season get away. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heating didn't work - which on a cold night wasn't great. Breakfast (continental) was a bit thin on choice. Only butter and Philly, no jelly or spreads, no pastries or fruit.

Room was nicely furnished and very clean. Staff was super helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast was simple but good. Location is great right downtown in Kennebunkport. Only complaint is the fish smell from the sushi restaurant located downstairs. It was not detectable in our room but very pungent in hallways and lobby.

Courteous staff, immaculate lodging, perfect location! I am a water pressure snob, but the shower was perfect - except for the touchy water temperature - choices are icy or scalding. Better than no hot water at all! Will 100% book again!

Location. Room was next to the elevator, hot and cold were reversed on shower, balcony needed paint upgrade. No staff around during our stay.

The room was beautiful. The air in the room did not seem to work very well, even though it is winter it was too hot in the room but the air control seemed old and out dated.
