Kennebunkport Inn

Beautiful property in a great location but it would be appreciated to put black out shades on the windows. Blinds with sheer curtains over them are really hard to sleep in the morning. Other than that, recommend the hotel. Just bring a sleeping mask!

I loved the charm of an old style Inn although it is a bit outdated and in need of a paint job. I loved the walkablity of the streets to the shops and the shopping and dining options. The valet attendant was very helpful. My room smelled moldy particularly in the bathroom. The dining room and bar was closed on Tuesday. I would have liked to have had a glass of wine in the afternoon on the porch but it wasn’t an option. The pool and seating at the Lodge at the Cove was not what I expected.

Super cute and well located hotel near the heart of everything. Our room was small, clean and ac worked well. Breakfast is simple - yogurt, muffins/bagels, coffee etc. Fruit would be nice. All great for our single night stay!

Great location, quaint Inn. Room was cozy, however needed TLC a bit noisy in the morning with traffic. Nice staff.

Lovely hotel, historic building, very helpful staff, great location and very short walk to the centre of town.

Luca at the front door was amazing. Helpful, efficient and always remembered us when we arrived back daily. Wish the bar was open a little later and on Mondays/Tuesdays but bartender was great!

Staff at front desk was good one day, the next kind of "meh". Breakfast was muffins in plastic bags, yogurt, etc. Not really a B&B kind of breakfast or what I was expecting. No big deal.

Great location. Well maintained and clean. Free on site parking. One downside was restaurant and bar were not open Monday-Wednesday.

Our room was well maintained with nice amenities. The shower was a little small but not a dealbreaker. Really good continental breakfast—cereals, bagels, large muffins, juice, yogurts. Good location close to town, very walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Convenient location, clean, helpful and nice staff. Breakfast was ok, perfect for what we eat, only negative was our shower was very small. Would definitely stay again.

Staff is phenomenal, breakfast was great. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean but tiny. My only complaint is the lack of air-conditioning, the room was pretty warm. There was a window unit, but it didn’t seem to help much. Also, if you have stair limitations, make sure to request a room on the lower floor with no stairs as there is not an elevator.

The bikes and fireplace are a nice touch. The bartender was great… easy walk everywhere! It’s quaint…
