Close to Dock Square, can walk to most places.

Beautiful and historic hotel. Very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the delightful continental breakfast.

Luca at the front door was amazing. Helpful, efficient and always remembered us when we arrived back daily. Wish the bar was open a little later and on Mondays/Tuesdays but bartender was great!

Location was good. Breakfast was just ok, like a medium value travel hotel. Staff at front desk was good one day, the next kind of "meh". Breakfast was muffins in plastic bags, yogurt, etc. Not really a B&B kind of breakfast or what I was expecting. No big deal.

Great location. Well maintained and clean. Free on site parking. One downside was restaurant and bar were not open Monday-Wednesday.

Our room was well maintained with nice amenities. The shower was a little small but not a dealbreaker. Really good continental breakfast—cereals, bagels, large muffins, juice, yogurts. Good location close to town, very walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Convenient location, clean, helpful and nice staff. Breakfast was ok, perfect for what we eat, only negative was our shower was very small. Would definitely stay again.

Staff is phenomenal, breakfast was great. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean but tiny. My only complaint is the lack of air-conditioning, the room was pretty warm. There was a window unit, but it didn’t seem to help much. Also, if you have stair limitations, make sure to request a room on the lower floor with no stairs as there is not an elevator.

The bikes and fireplace are a nice touch. The bartender was great… easy walk everywhere! It’s quaint…

The location was ideal. the Staff were very professional and accommodating. The dinner meal was exceptional. The "off season" priocing was high for this time of the year.

The Inn was in the center of town making accessing the local shops and walking the area very easy. The property was clean and was impressive as an example of a turn of the prior century inn. The room was comfortable and quiet with plenty of storage. It was a very restful stay.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was okay......basically a continental breakfast. I would suggest staying a multitude of different properties close by. Don't let the pictures convince you to stay, they are not represntative of the property condition.

It was a beautiful Inn, very clean and neat. Our room was quaint and the bed was very comfortable and cozy! The breakfast was nice, however we would have loved to have had a hot breakfast like bacon and eggs.

Old world beauty

Amazing stay, parking was challenging due to a limited number of spaces and tight quarters to park and check in. Food was amazing, room clean and well appointed.

Great small town

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly great to talk to and helpful. The eating in the gondola was very fun and they had a proposal in one of the gondolas, This is the second year there and this time I was able to reserve one on valentine's day. Wife already said can't wait to go back next year. Nothing to complain about.
