Great place to stay! Amazing location.c lovely room and friendly staff.

Gorgeous and extremely safe and peaceful town. This property is awesome. We bought wine and cheese from Maine &Vine and enjoyed them on the lush lawn under the trees. They have beach chairs and bikes, too. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Then there is the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. Oh my!!

Great location! Easy walk to shops and short bike to Walkers Point. Staff super helpful!

The location was excellent. The staff was attentive. Our room (#21) was EXTREMELY dark and dreary. The walls were dark, the drapes were black and the furniture was dark. It looked worn and tired, and could use a redo.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a fantastic area, so comfortable & had everything you needed. Leaving to go!!

Beautiful Inn in the heart of Kennebunkport. Spacious room with comfortable bed, great breakfast and friendly staff. Loved the barn with free bikes to use, yoga equipment and games.

Everything about this property was perfect

The first location/building was out standing. The second location was good but poor in comparison. The breakfast at the first house was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. The second location/building was poor in comparison. The uneven accommodations should be corrected. While helpful the staff at the second location had an inferior style/attitude.

Elegant & historic mansions converted into guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped property just a few blocks from downtown Kennebunkport (literally 3-minute walk). Beach cruiser style bikes available for guests to use. Every morning a thoughtful light breakfast spread is put out in the common area of one of the homes between 8-10 am. The lack of elevators! These are old buildings- they just don't have them. So be forewarned, pack light if you choose a room on one of the upper floors. Also, from our room on the 2nd floor we heard a notable amount of noise from rooms above and below and the hallway area.

Loved the bicycles and quick walk to town

We paid for a 4 1/2 star stay at this property, but we honestly felt that it should be rated no more than a two star! We were put in one of four buildings, and this particular building was completely outdated. Furnishings were old and dirty, and the carpeting was filthy…. The lightning was so dim, it made it impossible to safely climb and descend a very crooked steep staircase. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and there are no outlets other than in the bathroom to plug chargers into. There is no ice provided in the building other than a few bags of ice in the freezer with no avenue to retrieve the ice without using your hands. That was not appealing to us. The Porch Furniture was just as bad! Front door would not open, and therefore there is only one access door onto the screen porch, which could very well be a fire hazard. This one door is not locked at night, and hard keys are given out to guests, so there’s no guarantee previous guests or contractors or maintenance people have not made copies! This made me very uneasy! We left a night early, but should have refused to stay in a room deserves the two star when paying for a 4 1/2 star room! On a positive note the cookies were good!

This was the bed and breakfast of our dreams. The most beautiful property. The best amenities. The BEST breakfast and fresh cookies daily. Could not recommend more!!! Could easily walk into town and we rarely had to drive anywhere. We will Most definitely be back.
