Old school with an easy feel. Very nice service, clean, and just really pleasant. Felt like going back in time in the best way.

The cottages are adorable and varied and in a very natural setting. I loved the outdoor porches. Behind our cottage was the pool and play are with enough distance we were not disturbed. It is very private and beautiful! It would have been ideal had they provided some kind of limited coffee for the wakeup on the first morning.

You get what you pay for

Very quaint & clean!! We loved our quick stay & even got a good swim in. Maybe just 2 extra pillows would have been good for sleeping. We will definitely recommend & stay again.

Nothing fancy but a perfect little Kennebunk cottage. Well maintained and super clean property and space. The pool is really big and clean! Staff was very helpful! Very cute spot. We already want to stay there again next year! It was so nice to have a full kitchen with fridge and living room. We were impressed with how clean everything smelled and felt!

Amazing place. Loved our cottage. Hosts are fabulous. Pool is clean and plenty of space to enjoy and relax.

Like the location. Have stayed once before. It was quiet. It has a pool. I was disappointed this time that the room smelled VERY doggie and there were fleas biting. Since they take pets, they need to clear more thoroughly

The pool and area around it. The cottage while clean is old and really needs a refresh. Old carpeting, dim lighting.

I stayed here last year, and had a lovely time. This year I was in a different spot and… I had a lot of issues. The wifi only worked in the front part of the room, with no fix. There was also no microwave in the room, which considering I was there for five days was far from the ideal. My other big problem was that the room lacked outlets. There were zero in a convenient vicinity to the bed, and most were taken up by the appliances in the room. I do think it’s a nice place, and the cottages are extremely worth it (I would give 4.5 stars for my experience last year), but I would skip the motel part if you’re staying for more than a day.

This is a simple hotel and it was pretty nice, just outdated. We loved the play area and the pool! Close enough to services so not having them at the property was fine.
