Baymont by Wyndham Kennesaw

Not good quality, whole place had an off putting odor, and the receptionist was asleep behind the desk in the middle of the day.

I would not book here or recommend for anyone else to. The hotel hallway and stairs were very dirty, stained and odorous. The hotel room was in poor condition. Needs updates and cleaned. The hotel room door that we had was very difficult to close fully and latch/lock. It did not feel safe. The AC was not working properly. My family did not feel safe or clean enough to stay here. We did not unpack our luggage. We did not take off our shoes. We checked out in less than 40 min of being there. Hotel front desk was made aware. I did ask for a printed check out receipt to show the time that we left and was told that they couldn't do that. The next day I received a checkout email receipt with inaccurate information. I have had hotels.com help to resolve this issue and this hotel has ignored two phone calls and an email from hotels.com so far. So I would add that the hotel has not been helpful in any of this situation either. I waited to write my review in hopes of being able to say that the property at least made it right. But they have not, as of 10 days later.

This hotel was good for the price. It is dated, but priced fairly. We were there for several nights and housekeeping came by daily to offer fresh towels, wash cloths, and bath mats. The pool was out of order the entire trip, which was a bummer. Overall it was as expected for this price point.

Room and hotel were outdated. Photos do not do it justice. Paint was missing from walls, putty on the walls without paint. Dirty wash cloth that didn’t look like it was washed and put back on the shelf. Ceiling above shower looked molded and gross. Carpet in the stairwell smell and was run down.

AC was good, but people smoking outside some of that smell would come in through the AC. Breakfast was not good.

Waited for a long time, several minutes to check in with people ahead of us, maybe more than 10 minutes. When my wife and grandson and I got into the room: Awful, we saw pop like stains on the wall. The mattress looked suspicious as having blood smudges. Hair and crumbs or something all over the sofa cover… we left couldn’t stay there. Impossible to call the manager the next day to get a refund. Tried to cancel or next stop at the baymont Jackson Tennessee location and could not get a call through. Never again.

The bathroom and toilet was not in great shape.

Great value

Room had a weird, wet, mildew smell. Had to use room spray multiple times to mask the smell. Every set of hand and face towels I received, I found random hair in it. Please double check the expiration on the breakfast food items especially the yogurt, I had to ask for one that wasn’t expired. No water fountain available on site. Other than that, my stay was quiet and peaceful. Bed was made everyday.

The room was in disrepair and not at all clean, long black hairs were everywhere, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower, just not quite what we expected for the price

I have stayed here multiple times and never had a problem.

We were grateful for the shampoo and conditioner and the waffle maker for breakfast

Nice and quiet area

I pulled up to the property and didnt even get out of the vehicle. It appeared very sketchy and I felt unsafe and likely to be mugged. The property is not as pictured, very run down in a bad location!

Dated and needs some updating

Otherwise my stay was nice and a place to rest my head. Lol

The lobby and the staircase and hallway were very dirty, need to be cleaned. The breakfast was not good. The room was very decent,was not bad at all for the price.
