Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw

Very good

Great stopover on a road trip.

nope

Everyone was great!!! Property was very nice! Housekeeping needed to put the correct size fitted sheet on our bed (queen on a king)

I liked cleanliness and how spacious the room was. Staff was friendly and of good help. Area located close to shopping and dining areas. Easy parking, good breakfast.

Nice and clean place to stay.

Breakfast was fine. Upon arrival, the room was stifling hot. Had to relocate to another room.

Rude front desk. Will never stay there again and the manager never got back to me or did anything about it

Very nice

We were booked this room to get away from a moldy home only to be greeted by mold in the bathroom and mold on the air conditioning unit in the room. We are just so tired of moving around so we just accepted it. There is no working fan in the bathroom and the TV also just does not stay on, just constantly flickering so you cannot even enjoy what you watch. Just disappointed at the hotel itself is very nice and mostly clean

Always meets expectations

Very good

The cleanliness, and part of the staff. One staff member told my son that he would rather him clear the clog in our toilet, then handed him the plunger. Room had a faint odor, but went away once in the room a while. Breakfast at 9am had everything gone due to a volleyball team staying. Being that close to a university, these things should be known ahead of time and breakfast properly maintained. From 9:00 to 10:00, there was one biscuit no eggs just enough gravy to cover that one biscuit and that was it. The water pressure was absolutely horrible, you could still feel air coming from the bathroom because, the water pressure was so light that it really didn't even cover you probably. The doors were so heavy, that our neighbors door would shut and it would Shake the wall. Twice, someone left out of their room and woke me up because of how heavy the door is in slams. This one is a little petty, but where the Hotel is, it's on a corner with two major roads. One has six Lanes the other has eight Lanes so throughout the night, you could hear cars going back and forth and sometimes loud enough where you can't hear the tv. These things may seem small, however some of these are things that you pay for, a shower that has at least manageable pressure, and your breakfast in the morning should be scheduled appropriately especially with universities staying at your hotel.

Decently located with easy access to major roads. Staff was super friendly, and the rooms were reasonable. The bathrooms do have non-locking barn doors which were a little weird.

Superb

Excellent service from the staff at the front desk and the breakfast room.

Pool was closed, out blinds had the power cords cut and were hung up by plastic clips. Room was dirty.

The staff was friendly and the beds were great, this was definitely a do over.

The staff was friendly and...

Good enough
